Cloudnine Children's Hospital - Jayanagar, Jayanagar

Worst service by the hospital and customer care . We called the customer care asked them for a hearing test to be done instead they booked an appointment with the paediatric. When we went as per the appointment they say we don't do it know.i had to carry my 5 days old baby to the hospital . This is the second time they did this to us. Without an intimation they have collected the money during discharge.malleswaram cloudnine and Jayanagar cloudnine have the worst service.

First time I sent my son with my husband for general check up....He is not aware of things like explaining the problems to a doctor....But being a doctor it was his duty to check ear, nose and throat... Unfortunately doctor did not check the ears at all...My son was complaining of ear pain After coming home....I'm upset...
