I have been visiting Ms. Mili for about 10 months now, I started going to her to resolve my past and recent traumas, my anxiety and panic attacks. Words cannot express how much she has helped me through my issues. She is very approachable and kind and open minded. I never felt judged or on the spot, I always felt comforted and supported with her, she understood my issues very well and guided me to resolve those. She explained to me how my behaviors are associated with the trauma, how I can always choose to act differently. Talking to her I could understand my relationships better too. I have come a long way from the place I was in when I started seeing her and I am highly astonished by the progress I could make.

Many people laugh at the idea of seeing a psychologist, that you are paying to talk and they would just say what you want to hear, well you cannot be more wrong. I am a talker and I have shared with a lot of people before, friends, family but going to her has made all the difference between just sharing and actually resolving issues. I don't know how psychology works but it surely does. Of course attaining peace of mind is a journey and not a destination but I never thought that sharing with the right person could make so much difference in one's life.

Even writing this about Mili makes me full of gratitude. I have and will highly recommend her to anyone who needs help in resolving issues and moving on.

More than 3 years I am regularly be in touch with Mrs. Mili Chakraborty...*** ** ****** * ********* ********* ** ********** *** ********* good Listener with awesome patience, approachable, good response, and amazing behavior. Catching the cases and work on that is not a easy task and she always handle with her best which help me to tilted towards more positiveness. I recommended to many of my friends and they are happy with the response as well. Life is full of complexities but some body be an angle is make the path easy.

When we discuss our problem, solutions came out but somebody as a neutral needed to help us to think out of the box.

Because Of her, my Positive attitude, Self Confidence build up more in me which eliminate my fear of taking a chance, negativity, Failures.

I was struggling with my anger and stress management problems, anxiety and trust issues for nearly three years. I completely lost hope. I had suicidal tendency too. I contacted Mili in Aug, 21. She helped me to understand the deep roots of every problem in my life and provided me with some very useful techniques to approach them. I developed a skill of understanding and analyzing myself, that helped me in my career and relationships with people. She is very passionate, non-judgmental, friendly, patient and available. I visited Mili to help recover my parents failing marriage. Mili takes an unique approach by planning each session specific to a person’s problem. For my case, she held individual sessions with my mom and dad and after she had an understanding of their problems, she had did the combined couple sessions with my parents and bridged their misunderstandings. Mili also take a session with me to understand my impact on my parents relationship. Overall, her holistic way of understanding the perspectives of each individual and then bridging them together to bring everyone to a common understanding makes her an excellent counsellor for family/marital problems. I highly recommend her for anyone who is going through similar family drama..
