The doctor is an Amazing Doctor no doubt about it. I have seen the results myself. This time it was for my mother whom I wanted the doctor to treat. There are few things which was really horrible and disappointing. 1. You're paying for the Doctor to treat the patient. But here's the catch the patient would be treated by his assistants. This is purely from the hospital and their plans. 2. The reason we take an appointment is because you need not wait for longer time. my appointment was at 9.30am. The patient was addressed at 11.22am. This is completely not acceptable one of the reasons my mother can't sit or stand for a very long time as she is 75 years old. 3. One single word horrible attenders. The moment we went to meet the doctor. one the attenders took our file. asked us to sit she dint talk anything else. asked me to pay the fees & I paid. After that nothing at all. I see people walking in walking out. we are still waiting. the moment I went & enquired. she had one sentence to tell me like for 100 of my questions that is "You're file has been given inside, please you asking the doctor about the appointment issue" she repeated the same sentence for all my questions. yes that is not a typo. this is the language she replied in.4. Being such a huge network Fortis hiring people who can barely speak in English and not able to manage the crowd not worth it. please look into this issue before it goes beyond your reach. 5. The last thing I did not get a bill for the fees. even after I asked them. like I don't understand what is wrong with me questioning what I don't know. I was completely unaware of the procedure. what needs to be done. my mother is senior citizen. I got to know that they have discount for the treatments by a 3rd person. even when i registered no one informed me about it.Never the last doctor treatment is amazing.

Dr S K Satish is an excellent Dr for cough and whizing issues. He has indeed given me a life. After days together of sleepless nights bcoz of cough, I have now been able to have a peaceful sleep and know the cause of my cough. He has been able to go to the root cause of my problem and give a permanent solution for the same.

Thoroughly disappointing experience with Practo and the doctor alike. With Practo's 'prime badge' practitioner we were promised less than an hour of waiting, fixed 750 rs for consultation, and assured consultation by Dr Sathish. We waited around 70 mins, paid 850 at the hospital desk (100 rs for registration extra) and was attended by Dr Rao instead of Dr Sathish. Dr Sathish showed up for less than 5 mins after the prescription was already given to us by Dr Rao which has his signature, as if we are laymen and do not understand that its a token visit to Dr Rao’s cabin (yes, we never saw the inside of Dr Sathish’s office, because he is a busy man you see and we are just “devotees” thronging at his office and have nothing else to do). The point is you don’t get what you were promised by Practo and it’s just hollow promises. The whole idea of Practo is to ensure patient get bang for their buck and are delivered what they are promised. Practo fails thoroughly in ensuring this. As far as doctor is concerned, I would not know because he never actually attended us or gave us a prescription. Behaviour wise he was friendly during his token visit but we were there for expert consultation and not to make friends. * ***** *** *** ***** **** ****** *** negligent attitude towards patient’s time and money but sugar coated. We actually can not comment on Dr Sathish as a practitioner because he was not our consultant today. We spent our time and money for a consultation by some other doctor at his behest. No offence to Dr Rao though, he might be good but we were not there to see him. Anyway, God bless them all !
