*** ****** ****** ** ****** * **** **** ************* I am pretty much happy with her performance in terms of diagnosis and treatment. But the only objection I have towards the hospital is that they charged me 700 bucks for my second session in which I just wanted to show the blood test reports. What I was informed was that after 3 days of my primary consultation, I will be charged the regular fees again. But they have not mentioned it earlier. It seemed pointless. The rules and formalities should be even more considerate otherwise it causes complete despair in patients.

My appointment was fixed at 10.40 but was called to see the doctor only at 12.25. upon my inquiry I found that my file was placed at the bottom of other appointments. Because of which appointments schedules after mine got to meet the doctor prior to mine. It was totally bad management of the staff and poor attitude towards service. Except doctor the staff is not trained properly to manage patients and absolutely no co-ordination between them. God save patients if such mismanagement is carried out in operating rooms.

Went for general checkup for daughter, doc identified heart issue which was not identified in other reports when my daughter was just 2 months. Further checks confirmed her diagnosis. Thanks to her, surgery was done at right time *** ** ******** ** ********* **** ****
