Hi Prajakta,

I want to start by saying thanks. Then I wonder, how little a word this is to tell someone who might have turned your world around. Something similar of an experience I have had in the past year after I started visiting you.

I was struggling with mental health issues for almost past 4 years, what issues? beyond the scope of this post. A friend of mine was short listing therapists for me, after going through dozens of profiles, I came across yours and in one moment of looking at your picture, I'd somehow known, you'd listen. Although you did much more than just listening and as a result I am here, weiting this. Whatever positive turn my life has taken in the past year, I owe a part of it to you. Things in my life haven't changed much but how I am looking at them and sailing through them has changed with an angle of 180°.

So here, I'd continue with a lots of thank Yous.

Thank you for listening carefully without even slightest of judgement, I mean that's why I could tell so much.

Thank you for considering all angles of the problem before jumping straight to the solution as I felt, a lot of the issues were in part stemming from my biological imbalance, which you were quick to point out and get fixed.

Thank you for somehow knowing how to open me up, as I'm not a kind who easily spits things off.

Thank you for instilling self esteem and confidence in me.

Thank you for walking step by step along with me in unearthing the root of things. I remember coming blank with some issues in front of you and coming out with a discovery about my own self. I learnt to study myself, and that's a treasure.

The best part of the whole journey was, you never tried to handhold me in crossing my puddles, you enabled me to do that myself. You didn't solve my problems for me, you showed me how could I do it myself. You taught me how to catch a fish and that's enough for a lifetime. After almost a year of the journey, I can confidently say, I have started to pick it up quite well. I own my behaviours, my engagements with people, my thoughts. These days, there are less of, "I don't know why"s and more of "ohh, this is why"s. (Only you can relate 😅).

When I called for the closer, I was more happy that you were happy to see me Happy and I'll keep doing it. Also, thanks for assuring me that all this was not a fling or a phase, but the result of working on myself. I'll keep working on myself while remembering that It is okay to fall back sometimes and will reach out again if I forgot a technique or two 🙃.

I am grateful and moreover now I truly understand what being grateful means, again thanks to YOU!🙂

At first we were anxious about this whole pregnancy journey being the first time parents. But after having our first consultation with mam we felt that she is the right one for our pregnancy journey. In the end it was her who delivered our BABY GIRL !! It was a memorable experience for us !! She is very friendly, listens to our concerns first and then gives us best possible advice. Also kept us informed about the whole process at every stage. Out of all, she was just one text away in WhatsApp when we needed her the most that helped us a lot.

Delivery experience: Unfortunately I'm not able to go through NVD due to complications at the time of labor. Also, I was not mentally prepared for C-section but her words and comfort in the labor room gave me confident to go through the whole process confidently. No matter how much we plan during the pregnancy for the D day, unplanned scenarios do happen and in our case luckily we had the right person beside us.
