I was looking for a counselor for a very very long time. And after previous experiences that didn't do much, I stumbled upon the opportunity to have Nithya ma'am as my counselor. She is full of empathy and great listening skills. She heard my problems and made sure she gave me small activities to slowly develop habits and made me capable of tackling my own issues. I am so glad that I'm doing well after my therapy.. definitely worth it
