Painful experience as my 3.8 years old son (Dental square registration number 3356) had to go an emergency operation to save his life *** ** **** ****** *** ***** ******* ********* ** *** ******** ***** Please read my full honest/unbiased review before visiting the Dental Square.

I am an NRI who lives in London, recently I was in Bangalore and looking for a good dental clinic to treat the cavity for my 3.8 years old son. I enquired in my housing society (Godrej Ecity) for a good dental clinic in electronic city phase-1, some of my neighbors recommended the Dental Square Neeladari road ecity branch. So I visited the clinic on Dec 7th 2019 and met Dr Sneha and Dr Jayanthi. Dr Sneha started the RCT/Pulpectomy treatment for son first on right lower tooth on 12th Dec and after 3 days on left side lower tooth. My son started having the swelling on right side from 19th Dec 2019 onwards, this started increasing day by day, ***** ******* **** *** **** ** **** ** *** ******** ** **** ******** ******* ***** * ***** I lost the trust on the experience of these doctors and started consulting my relative who works as a pediatrician ** ***** *** ****** ** ******* ** ** *** ********** *** ** *** ***** **** ** *** ********** *** ********** ****** *** ******** ** *** ***** *** *** ** *** ******* ** *** **** ****** ************* ****** ***** *** ******* ********** ******** *** my son had 102 fever on/off in few hours, the situation deteriorated further as these doctors stopped answering the emails or phone calls *** ***** ** *** ****** **** ** ***** ******** I had to admit my son ** ******* ******** *********** on 24th Dec 2019 for an emergency operation to remove the pus as infection started in his whole body which was a life threatening situation. ** ******* ********* ********** ******** ** ******* ********** ****** ******** operated my son on 25th Dec 2019 and now my son is recovering from this surgery. This costed my 40,000 INR for the operation, so much pain to my son as this was done in General anesthesia, you can only imagine what kid of pain we have experienced.whole incid. ** *** ********* ****** **** ** *** ***** ***** ******* doctors are not sharing the x-ray report soft copy with me ** **** **** **** **** ***** *** ******* *** ****** Now I don’t know what to do next as my son’s both side tooth conditions are in very bad shape and we can not afford another root canal ** **** *** ******* *** ***** ********** *** ****** ***** ** **** ******* this has made my son’s life completely difficult and now we are in painful situation.*************** ****** ****** *********** **** *** ******** ********** **** ** ***** *** ** **** ** * ****** ** **** ****** ******* **** ****** *** ***** ******* ****** ******* **** *** ******* *** *** *** ********* **** ********** ** **** ******** ***** **** ******** ** ** **** * ***** **** *** **** ******* ***** ******* *** ******** ****** *********** ** ****** *** ************ ** **** ****** *** ******** ******* ** ***** ********

I have visiting Dr jayanthi for my daughter regularly.. She loves the way Dr jayanthi and her team makes her comfortable. I went for scaling and then doctor examined and told me completely about oral care and what was the issue with my teeth. I had fillings done for my treatment. Through out the course they make the patient comfortable. Best part is the way they are prepared and taking care of the safety measures towards covid. Hygiene is commendable. Even the front office staffs are polite and will guide u very well. One of the best clinic I have seen. Cost wise no comments... When we get the best and it is fruitful cost becomes secondary.. But still I can say reasonable and worth. ***** **** ***** ** * **** ****** ****** ** ********** ****. Thanks Dr Jayanthi and team.

This is my first time writing a google review for anyone, but I must say that this dental clinic deserves 5stars.❤️

I had nothing but great experiences.

I will start by saying that on my first visit to this clinic I was very impressed.

The interiors, I would give it a 10/10.

The clinic is so clean at all times and the staffs working here are so well versed with their job.

The doctors and the staffs have taken good precautionary measures and post treatment measures for the current covid situation 🌸

The doctors are using personal protective equipment and face shield as well.

I had my appointment with Dr. Ashita and I must say that I was really impressed 😍 . She did a great job and explained all the treatment procedures before starting and also listened to what I had to say.

Dr. Ashita also gave me post treatment plans to take care of my retainers. And Dr.javanthi’s dental office is very beautiful. The ambience it creates is very relaxing.

To be true I was sceptical when I was told that I need an RCT. General word of mouth is RCTs r painful.. but the way I was explained, and then calmed down before the whole process I would appreciate both Dr. Altaf and Dr. Jayanti. To be precise I was a painful patient with too many silly questions and inhibitions who got a painless treatment.. :) I would highly recommend them for anybody needing a dental consult..

Dr. Jayanthi and team comprise of compassionate and competent professionals who were able to provide fantastic care. I appreciate the understanding and patience with which they dealt with some of my circumstances and I'm very happy with their service. They're also quite efficient and have strong communication skills. Thanks Dental Square, Ecity team!

The doctor very clearly explained what she did and why she did it and was ready to answer all my questions. The treatment was great and my tooth does not hurt anymore. The waiting time was upto 20 minutes but there were books and comfortable seats. I found the experience very satisfactory and will definitely visit again.

Dr Jayanthi was awesome and explained to me in detail what I should do. Value, clean, hygienic and promptness are just few good things of this clinic.

Dr Hari keerthy removed my Molar3. He was quick, it was completely painless.

i had visited for toothache, Dr immediately advised extraction. But I said i will come back after a few days. in the meantime i took second opinion with another Dentist. ***** *** ****** ******* *** ***** ********** ****** **** ***** ***** **** **** ******** *** ********* *** ******* *** ******* ********* *** ********* ** ** ** ** **** ************ *** * ****** **** ** ******* ********** ************ it is interesting and rather surprised to have been informed post this feedback, that Dental square has refused to accept that i even visited their clinic. I gave Uploaded the requisite prescription for the kind perusal.

I got dental implants and Zirconia crown for lower incisors at Dental Square. Dr. Jayanthi is very patient and keeps patient comfort at high priority. She explained the treatment very well, answered all questions satisfactorily, and provided appropriate instructions. I am very content with the treatment outcome and will highly recommend her.

I did my RCT 2 teeth. I don't have any kind of pain after RCT. Thanks to Dr. Althaf sir, Dr. Shristi madam and Dr. Jayanthi madam. Doctors are caring and kind. Must visit if you have any dental problems.
