Dr. Jayakrishnans' approach is exceptionally patient and thorough, he carefully rechecks even the smallest changes, always comparing them with the healthy limb for accuracy.
What I truly appreciate is that he never rushes into surgery. In my case (ACL grade 3 laxity, MCL grade 1 injury, meniscal abrasion, and minor fractures), he advised waiting until other complications improved. By following his recommended protocols, my MCL has shown remarkable recovery, and he’s actively trying to avoid multiple surgeries wherever possible.
Consultations with him are very comfortable, he listens, explains clearly, and makes you feel understood. The clinic is also thoughtfully equipped: there’s no need to climb stairs as an electronic chair takes you to the lift, making it accessible for those with mobility challenges.
If you have any orthopedic injury, especially something complicated, I can confidently say he’s the right person to see.

Consulted Dr. Jayakrishnan Pillai for a complex tibia plateau fracture treatment and surgery .Initially reached out to him for a second opinion and went ahead with the surgery as I found the doctor to be very ************* ,competent and skilled. . He patiently answered all my questions and gave me confidence to go ahead with the treatment . He is very approachable, humble and kind despite being so qualified and experienced . He is a top notch orthopedist and. surgeon and I would highly recommend him for any ortho related issues.

Their staff is not friendly. Lack basic patient service sense. They charged me 3400/- for vitamin D & B12 test. ***** ** **** ****** **** *** ********** ******* ***** ******** the charges were so high within an hour i informed them to cancel the Vitamin D & B12 test but their staff says the sample was sent in the night and allready processed but when asked for report they say it will take time. clearly not acceptable ** ***** ***** *** ******* *** **** ** **** ****** ** ***** ***** ** **** *** ******** My report was collected at 08 PM and i messaged them at 9 pm.
