Doctor explains very clearly about the disease. Hospital is hygiene staff members are very much take care of the patient.

Overall very good treatment from hospital received. Money worth.

We had an excellent experience with Sun Ortho, and with specific mention about Dr. Dharmapal, who made us feel absolutely at ease and confident that we are in completely safe hands. The surgery went through without any hassles, and all post operative consultation with the doctor and his group went through very comfortably. We must confirm from our experience that it is rarity to find doctors like Dharmapal, who never maintain their distance as a doctor, and give you all space to ask the silliest of the queries also.

Good doctor. my online appointment was not on their system as their internet connection was not working. had to go physically and take appointment. their token system does not seem to be transparent as no tokens are issued. this is the fault of receptionist and not Doctor. Doctor is really good.

I had never heard of Sun Ortho before my son Judah fractured his forearm. I must first thank the auto driver who led me here. The way the hospital treats emergency cases is very good. The doctor has a kind approach making the patients comfortable and easy to ask questions. I m glad that in this world where humanity has lost its meaning there exists hospitals like Sun Ortho. Thanks to Dr. Dharmpal and the staff. I would gladly refer this hospital to my friends. Rani John

Doctor is good but reception staff and a nurse do not follow coupon system. last time when I booked online, my booking and time was confirmed by procto but the clinic did not have any info. This time my appointment was received but no token number allowed as such I had to wait according the above said staff will and wish. After repeatedly telling the staff, I was allowed. time allotment and reality does not work in this clinic. I was charged for my second visit also (Rs.300) when first visit proscribed medicines did not work.

It was an average experience as the wait time was extereme. I waited for 3 hours and waiting for my reports from last 3 days to come. Which should be improved.

Very nice & all staffs are moving with patients friendly way. There is no issue except clinic should provide additional wheel chair & walker which is essential.
