We visited Dr. Abhinay Indra Kumar Reddy (Surgical Oncologist) at Sparsh Hospital for treatment of breast carcinoma, and we had an excellent experience throughout the entire process. He is calm, patient, and extremely reassuring — qualities that truly matter when dealing with breast cancer or any serious diagnosis.

From the very first consultation, he explained every step clearly: which tests were needed, why they were required, and what the results meant. He took the time to answer all our questions without rushing, which greatly reduced our anxiety.

What we appreciated most was his supportive approach. He discussed all treatment options in detail and made sure we fully understood the plan before proceeding. His confidence and clarity made us feel completely safe in his care.

The chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatment was handled by Dr. Linu Jacob (Oncologist) at Sparsh Hospital, and the process continued for several months. Dr. Linu was equally patient, ************** and compassionate, guiding us smoothly through each session.

Overall, we highly recommend both Dr. Abhinay and Dr. Linu Jacob to anyone seeking professional, empathetic, and reliable care for breast-related issues or cancer treatment. They bring both expertise and humanity — a combination that makes a huge difference during such stressful times.

Even after surgery and treatment, Dr. Abhinay remained available and responsive whenever we had questions or concerns. One of the reasons we chose him at Sparsh Hospital again was because my mother-in-law had received excellent treatment from Dr. Abhinay two years ago. After review of lab reports, he clearly explained all the different surgeries he is recommending along with pros and cons which has helped us to be prepared for the surgery.

Additionally, since we were using international insurance, the Sparsh Hospital insurance team and Dr. Abhinay helped us tremendously by providing prompt documentation and timely responses to all queries raised by the insurance company.

We are truly grateful for the care, kindness, and professionalism shown by both doctors and the hospital team.

Let me be very specific. I tore my ACL way back in 2017. I was in search of a good doctor to replace it for almost 3 years. i did my homework by researching websites, taking multiple consultations with 10+ orthopaedic surgeons, going to Udupi kasturba Manipal all the way from Bengaluru to meet the case expert and I even went to the extent of meeting Indian orthopedic association chairman. Eveywhere i heard only one name Dr. Rudraprasad! zeroing in on the doctor, i started my R&D right from his date of birth to his medical license number, his year of graduation, his awards accolade and what not. Finally after many years of painstaking research, money spent, it was crystal clear in my mind that, It was dr. rudraprasad, the doctor i should go for.. to much of my amazement he stayed just few blocks away from my home in Bengaluru!!

When i met him, it was all ease right from diagnosis of the issue to explanation of the problem.. Finally we fixed a date of surgery.. I had trusted him so much that, my anaesthetist told me i was murmuring his name during the surgery under the effect of sedation!

Surgery went very well with doctor showing me on camera the injury and explaining me the process of acl reconstruction to cater my curiosity..

any procedure is guaged by its after effect.. i had little pain once anesthesia went down, and i remember taking very few doses of painkiller thereafter.. 16 th day into surgery i got my stitches removed today (dr. rudraprasad removed it himself! generally doctors ask nurses to do it.. this shows doctors' concern towards his patients)..

ill tell you all readers that there is no pain without painkillers and im quickly on my road to recovery! I would like to conclude by this parting statement which is fixed in my brain now

PS: there is one problem when u got to meet the doctor. u need to be prepared to wait for long unless u got an appointment. since patient rush is huge for him

I am feeling profound honoured and proud to write about very senior and highly learned Dr.RaviKumar Mukartihal who is not only wonderful and excellent Orthopedic and Robotic surgeon but also a great human being which I experienced in my first ever examination of both knee problems. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also very kind and friendly. Due to his great expertise and experience in Robotic knee surgery and looking to his mighty confidence in me I got ready for bilateral Total knee replacement on 23rdJuly 2022. During my hospital stay he was so cooperative and helping nature attitude. Resultantly I am able to recover so fast even within 12days of surgery I am able to walk without any Walker/stick or any support.At the time of stitch removal On 14thday I entered into hospital on foot even without any support. All hospital staff surprised to see my fast recovery. All credit goes to Dr Ravi who always inspired me with smiling face during stay in hospital and showed great confidence in me that I would recover very fast.Even after discharge from hospital he is kind enough to reply my each and every WhatsApp messages so quickly with building up a great satisfaction of my all querry.

Dr. Ravi is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. Hence I came all the way from Jaipur Rajasthan to Bengalore for TKR at very reasonable cost .I highly recommend becoming his patient!

Wonderful experience with Sparsh hospital Bengalore where Dr. Ravi is a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad and lucky that I chosen Dr Ravi for TKR and would highly recommend to anyone. I started to walk daily on an average 4 to 5km with out any problem within two months of TKR. Once you meet personally you started to love him as a great Doctor at the same time wonderful cooperative human being.

The first day I waited over two hours only to see him for less than one minute when he says "please get an MRI". The second day I waited almost an hour and saw him for 5 minutes. In between I need to contact him about the MRI but the phone number I was given only connected to the exchange and nobody answered. I left a message asking for a call back at the OPD department and of course nobody called me.

I did speak to a couple of junior doctors who were very good, attentive and respectful of my time. Dr Patil came highly recommended and I was very disappointed. His recommendation was that I "do physiotherapy sincerely" by which I can only assume he thinks I have not being doing physio for over 6 months, despite not asking me or knowing me at all. Could have spent my time so much better. Between the long lines at payment and fighting through Bangalore traffic and waiting for the doctor, I really would have been better off not seeing him.

I had a fall this July at SPARSH Infantry Road & was.under consultation Of Dr Ravi Kumar Mukartihal & team.

I was going through a great deal of pain.He explained my condition & what to expect.Dr Ravi's great attention to detail, willingness to lend an ear to patients fear, troubles & never ending zeal to map out a road to recovery is something that definitely stuck with me through the course of my treatment.

I had taken my father for consultaion to get his femur and hip checked where he had undergone surgery already which did not prove to be effective. Although we had taken multiple opinions on what should be the best solution, it was a blessing to have met Dr.Ravi Kumar as he gave us the best advise and did not push us to take a decision in a hurry. The best quality doctor was that he also took an opinion from his senior doctor Dr.Sharan Patil to give us the confidence on the procedures planned. He also performed the surgery and shared the up to date updates on my father's condition. Very happy with his service.

I had a broken leg and i am expecting a surgery for internal fixation. My wife booked an appointment to see Dr. Sharan Patil at 1.40 PM so that she can consult and get his opinion.Firstly Doctor didn't show up for about an hour saying he was on rounds and later went for lunch. The OPD staff was calling us 20 min prior to the appointment asking if we are coming for the appointment and when we showed up before time the Dr is not there for an hour.Secondly his assistants came and took all the reports from wife saying that the nurse will give it back to her.Dr. Sharan came after an hour's wait and didn't even spend 5 min to speak with my wife saying there is no need for surgery and it will heal on its own. My wife was literally walking and talking to Dr he didn't even have time to sit and talk to my wife patiently. When my wife insisted him to provide proper guideline he just denied saying i don't treat reports i treat patients. Without even considering that a person with Broken leg can't visit every doctor for an opinion.Last but not the least and biggest bummer is when the nurse returned all the reports to my wife they had lost one of my prescriptions. Now they are not able to find it and without that i can't claim my bills with insurance company.I would say there is no empathy towards patients and very bad management.
