I have lot of over thinking and I kind of started feeling bad about thinking but now I have called her and I feel very positive she tells you in the first session itself how to manage your emotions but also kind of validate your emotions that helps you to feel normal

I have been taking regular sessions and they are helping me a lot to understand my thought patterns and helps me to figure out next steps.
