My father have a painless soft tissue sarcoma on his right thigh and it is swelling and tenderness. After consulting multiple doctors, i came to know about Dr.Shiva Kumar at North Bangalore Hospital in Kalyan Nagar.

Dr Raghavendra has been treating my father for more than a year now for CKD along with high BP, and during all his interactions, he has been very patient, kind and courteous.Some important factors to take note of are: The doctor does not prescribe tests unless necessary, chalks out a plan for monthly, quarterly and half yearly tests; he explains why the reports could be showing abnormal numbers and advises necessary changes to our diet to improve not just the numbers in the next report but our overall health condition. I had abdominal pain for 2 years , I have visited many doctors but no one took my pain seriously. After 2 years I suffered with diarrhea and vomiting for 2 weeks . Dr kavitha was referred by my physician . She did not give up on finding out why I was suffering. I had colon infection. I was treated .

Was not ready to listen or talk. Was not interested in looking at the reports that we carried. Was busy writing someone elles report or something.

The doctor is very friendly and polite, felt as if talking to a relative/friend. When I wanted to ask couple of more questions he even called me from his side, such warmth is so rare to be seen in other doctors.
