Happy with: Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfaction
I visited Dr Venkateshwar for my kidney stone issue. My stone size was small but the position was obstruct and it was causing hydronephrosis. I was afraid of surgery so I opted for medicinal treatment. Dr has been patient with me he understood my fear and prescribed me medicines for 2 weeks but stone density was more and it was stuck so ultimately we had to go for surgery but this doctor let me earn my trust for the surgery he did not rush me into it. And he is expert in his field did the procedure neatly. I had the stone removal procedure and then stent was placed for few weeks and stent removal procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Venkateshwar Rao K.

I had a sudden injury causing complicated fracture of my right wrist. Rushed to emergency and was treated by Dr Ahmed Jelani. In my severe pain he made me comfortable and put a splint explaining me in detail about fracture and prognosis. I had to go in for surgery next day and a plate was screwed into my wrist.
Throughout my hospital stay doctor had been in touch with me to ensure i am comfortable. The entire hospital, surgery, discharge and follow-ups have been extremely smooth
It’s been little over a month now and i can feel that I am towards a speedy recovery with my wrist. Not only the surgery was fine, I didn’t have to face too much pain or mobility issues with my hand.
Dr Jelani told me about post surgery recovery process as well as showed me the exercises to be done to increase mobility while giving me supplements for quick recovery.
Am glad that I got the right treatment from the right doctor at the right time.
Visited Dr. Sharmila S (Obstetrician)
I was made to wait for 45 minutes because even though Dr Sharmila has appointments from 10am available on practo, she apparently only turns up at 11.30am. Once my appointment actually began, *** ***** *** **** ******* ********** didn't explain anything and instead directly prescribed a battery of tests and sent me to the billing area where I was told this would cost twelve thousand rupees. She seems to have zero empathy *** ** **** ********** ** ******* *** *** *** ******* ******** ****** ******* ********** *********Definitely do NOT go to this person if you are interested in family planning. The staff was very nice and did not seem too surprised when I mentioned she did this and didn't explain anything. The receptionist was very kind and told me I could skip a particular expensive test if I want, but I was no longer comfortable in using this doctor or Vydehi's services.
Visited Dr. Qaisar Anwar (General Physician)
Doctor is really nice. He gave enough time to listen to the issues and gave explanation about the illness.
Visited Dr. Susheela Suresh (Internal Medicine) For Outpatient treatment
***** * non-courteous after making to wait for more than 1 hour. Redirected to a different doctor even without listening the issue fully.

I have consulted Dr for my father,my wife and my mother multiple times. His diagnosis is too good.
He is the singular reason why my father is alive and healthy today.
Once while in emergency in Philomina hospital , accidently came across Dr and he just said dont take any steriods (which was about to be administered) , go home and take rest.
He is very very strict.
Visited Dr. Sharath Kumar Shetty (Orthopedic surgeon)
Met a friendly doctor who explains cause of the issue after examination. Doctor Sharath is good at diagnosis and treatment. Must suggest him to my friends. He explained in detail all the options and did the operation successfully. Thank you Doctor! Staff was also good in taking care of us. Overall had a very good experience.

I can simply say it was fantastic. Doctor Sharath described the issue clearly. With a lot of patience, he answered all our queries in detail. I would recommend the doctor to all. Practo’s service was also good. Gave support to us in every way. Thank you!

My overall experience was good. Dr.Shetty is very good with his work. He is caring and was considerate in explaining about what I should expect from the surgery. I am very satisfied with the doctor and the his skills. However, the other staff and security could have been better, particularly the nursing staff could have been a little more attentive and quick to act over patient requests.
Visited Dr. Qaisar Anwar (General Physician) For Physcian
I suffered severe shivering twice in two weeks. Dr. listed multiple tests (random and casually prescribed). I deliberately didn’t get one of the expensive test and I am doing fine since last three weeks and on. Experience is betraying knowledge in this case.
