Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital - Rajajinagar, Rajajinagar

Incredibly bad service. For appointment booked at 5.30 pm was in hospital at 5pm. Had to wait for 2 hours and after screaming at staff, finally met the doctor at 7 pm.

Good, doctor explanation was helpful. But was charged more than what i saw while booking in the practo app

**** **** *******explained everything nicely. Reception & Support staff are terrible-poor hygiene, no masks or sanitisation of equipment, not bothered about timeliness, impolite. But i will go back for the competency of the doctor-he was very good.

Very good experience. Visited for my eye checkup and for my mother, the necessary issues were thoroughly checked and diagnosed properly, effective solution has been given.
