I have waited 5 months to give this review but please read this carefully before you go there. TLDR: AVOID THIS PLACE **** *** ************* ** **** Please look at the lowest rated reviews on google first. This is the biggest mistake I made.

Ok, when you go to a doctor you want someone to go to who inspires confidence and trust. I have to say that at Dermazeal every time I went there I was afraid for my skin and health because of the absolute lack of professionalism. ** ** ** **** * ********* ****** ******* ***** ****** **** ******* ******* **** ** **** ** ********* *********

Despite charging exorbitant amounts they have absolutely no value for your time. They overbook themselves on purpose which ends up in 1-2 hours of waiting time at their clinic.

I cannot believe I fell for this * ** * **** ** *** **** *** ***** *** ******** *** *** ** ***** * ***** ***** ***** ****** * ******* I went in for a consult and she bamboozled me into buying a pack ***** ****** *** * **** without answering any questions on the actual medical procedures or the need for them. *** ****** **** ***** * ****** *** ******* ***** ***** ********

After this the absolute lack of transparency or any details given to the patient on procedures being performed freaked me out! I had to demand that someone explain who is performing the procedure and why - this should basic information that is provided to everyone that I had to beg for. Dr. Janet tried to pin it on the reception/nursing staff for this - I am sure they are treated terribly here too, just that no one has spoken up yet.

Coming to the doctors - no one takes accountability for your case. Dr. Janet was who I consulted with after which Dr. Varsha did a couple of my sessions, then Dr. Shishra took another session for me out of nowhere. For the same procedure on paper, Dr. Varsha and Dr. Shishira followed different steps and took different amounts of time. I preferred Dr. Shishira because she atleast bothered to check with me during the procedure if I was in pain or explain what she was doing and why. Dr. Varsha seems to have a stake in this practice and is only interesting in getting done with you as quickly as possible and collecting her money. Dr. Janet never looked at me again after seeing my credit card swipe in the first session.

MOST IMPORTANT: They don't bother to even record your condition before and after the procedures, which says everything about how much they care about delivering results. What is even more alarming is that they do not check your history or give enough instructions on post-procedural care.****** ***** ***** ** ********* **** ** * ********* ******* *********

One year ago I got a lot of pimples and they used to decrease when I take some medicines but they again come once I stopped medicine and finally my face was full of black spots and deep scars.

I was using a cream which was medicated but wasn't prescribed by any of the doctors and I was using it myself and after few months I got to see that my face was showing some kind of allergic reaction.

Dr. Janet listened carefully and patiently to all my problems and she also came to know that I was using that particular cream and which made my skin even wo than before. It was my good luck that I came to her on time and saved my skin from further damage.

She asked me to start pimple medication immediately and started chemical peeling sessions for every 15 days. I got some sessions done and my pimples came under control. Doctor also suggested me to go for the QSwithced ND yag laser treatment for my dark patches.

Took a package for Q switched laser which was consisting of 4 sittings and one was for free. In my first session only I felt a lot of difference in my face. After 4-5 sittings my hyperpigmented patches have reduced so much . She also gave ointments to reduce black marks

Very much happy with the treatments which I got from Doctor and I have started my CO2 Fractional laser for Acne scars. looking forward for my acne scar reduction for my deep scars from her as well.

Clinic staffs are also courteous and friendly when ever I visit them they always Welcome me with a warm smile on their face and a cup of hot chocolate for me. Very much satisfied for the amount I spent here and which is actually worth spending here. Definitely recommend dermazeal clinic to everyone. Doctors are very friendly and suggest treatments according to their problems and very professional in their work. They also have good lasers and well maintained hygienic nice clinic...

Sharing my experience after visiting dermazeal clinic in HSR layout, visited Dr Janet Alexander Castelino for my acne , sunburn and marks which I got after my active acne.

I was recommended by one of my family doctor to visit Dr Janet and visited her she listened to all my concerns and gave me some ointments, sunscreen to apply on my face provided with some medicines also. She asked me to continue the medications for 15 days and asked for a revisit to see the changes on my face.

I visited her and there was a great change and my pimples were under control I was only having few breakouts for which she suggested me to go for chemical peels which helped me to keep my active acne under control .

I Took a package consisting of 5 sessions and which was supposed to be done in a gap of 15 days.

My concern for sunburns also decreased gradually as the prescribed sunscreen helped me a lot.

Dr janet used to change my peels in every sessions as I was getting very good results in my each session.

Recently I have started trying few sessions of Qswitched laser treatment for my tanning and hyperpigmentation and the laser worked wonderful on my face and there was an instant glow and the procedure.

Dr janet always provide me some discounts and after the procedure she gave me a face mask for free.

In this clinic waiting time shouldn’t be considered as the doctors inside has blessed with a lot of talent to provide you there best treatment possible.

Inspite of the wait time im still a happy patient of Dr janet because of her patience and the treatments she provide to her patients are the best and always given in an affordable price.

Would definitely suggest my loved ones to visit dr janet and dermazeal clinic atleast once to get rid of any skin or hair related concerns.

A great place to visit I would highly recommend the doctors over there. Visited Dr. Janet Alexander for my hair fall issues which was becoming even bad day by day as I keep on travelling most of the times.

Dr Janet explained me everything very clearly and asked me for few blood tests and I got those done and she found I was having deficiency and she gave me medications and suggested to go for PRP sessions and it consist of 6 sessions and I started the same day. Dr.Janet is a very friendly person, despite of her being busy also she treated we very well and also answered to all of my questions very patiently.

Doctor did my procedures and was really happy with my treatments.

Now I’m very happy with my new hair growths and would definitely suggest doctor Janet to everyone who are suffering from any skin or hair issues.

Clinic is also located in the main road itself which is even more easier to locate it and reach over.

I have been consulting Dr Janet at this place since many months for my pimples and scars and black marks all over my face, chest and back as well..

Doctor gave me some treatments, moisturizers and sunscreen and asked me to apply regularly .

I also followed the same as informed and I used to visit her regularly in a month and following to that she also asked me to start chemical peels session and I took 5 session .

After using the peeling session and medication together my active acne were under control and I hardly got any breakouts.

She used to change my medication after seeing my response to the treatment

And once I got rid of all my acne which took all most 4 months for me to decrease she gave me maintenance creams and skin lightening ointment for my marks .

She also suggested me for lasers treatment and recently I have taken few session of QSwitched ND YAG laser for for my hyper pigmentation and It really works well for face and back

Looking forward to start a new package and feeling more happy to get the laser treatment

If it comes to clinic and a doctor for skin treatment I would happily suggest DermaZeal for the treatment.

Clinic is neatly maintained and has beautiful ambiance with lovely staff around.

The experience wasn’t pleasant at all.

1 hour 30 minutes waiting time though I had an appointment.

There’s no point of appointment at this clinic so keep 2 hours minimum in your hand if you want to consult here. They’ve a policy written “if you can’t wait then you can reschedule your appointment”.

The whole point of appointment here is null. Why would the clinic accept so many appointments if the slots aren’t enough. With that quote on their reception desk, they definitely do not value their patients time.

Coming to the experience with the doctor, you’ll be called by a junior after waiting for an hour who will just jot down your concerns and you’ll be asked for waiting again.

Finally when you attend the doctor you might not get a full attention to your concern, she wasn’t in the mood to explain why and how but only to prescribe her treatment.

She later added that her staffs would explain again if there are any doubts in the prescription but to my shock the lady who was throughout the consultation beside the doctor had no clue what was written when reached out to her for clarification.

With all the experience I got inside the clinic, I did not choose to start her prescribed treatment and have decide to see some other doctor who would value our time and address our concerns in a more efficient way.

Visited derma Zeal Clinic three months back and which I would like to tell is the best skin and hair clinic in Bangalore ever with their proper treatments and solution to all of the problems. Dr Janet was my dermat over there and I was having a lot of hair fall after shifting to Bangalore and which I thought was due to the water which was being used by me but I was completely wrong and did not even notice that my family was carrying the same problem since ages. My hairs were thinning and adding up to that a lot of hair fall than usual. Dr Janet explained me everything clearly and suggested me some medicines, then I started using them and even really worked well for me and my hair fall was in control after consulting her on regular basis then she suggested I to go for PRP treatment and explained about my further hair growth then I immediately started with my sessions which were of 6 settings and within my 4 sessions, only my hairs got regrowth and was very natural and genuine. Also, I got warts removed which were quite painful and troubled me for a long time. The procedure was absolutely painless, through the CO2 laser. and would definitely recommend this doctor to everyone and personally would definitely be under her treatment only and would also recommend to all my near and dear ones. I visited Dermazeal clinic in HSR Layout in the month of February. I had lots of acne scars, dark circle, and wrinkles. First thing Dermazeal welcome was very warm. The reception staffs and nurses all were very professional, I met Dr. Janet for my concern, she is very professional and a nice person. She was listening all my concerns very politely and explained the reason behind my problems. Then she suggested few treatments which were worth spending. I took Q-Switched ND - Yag laser for acne marks and sun tan, Chemical Peel for undereye Dark circles and Botox for my wrinkles.

Dr. Varsha did all the treatments.

Botox made me look more younger and Q-Switched ND – Yag removed all the dark spots,

All the procedures worked very well on my skin, the only thing we have to follow post treatment medicines. This is my last session, I’m so happy to share my experience with this “MAGIC LAND” DERMAZEAL CLINIC.

Waiting time is a bit excess but Dr Janet consultation and treatment are worth the wait.

I was a lot of acne and acne marks on my face which bothered me a lot. One of friend referred dermazeal & I visited the clinic, the clinic is well maintained with well-experienced doctors and a very courteous and caring staff. The Doctors are friendly and professional, the ambiance is too good. I underwent chemical peel along with Q switch laser treatment for my acne and pigmentation all over my face and chest back as well. I am in my 5th session of the treatment. The results are really good. I was going through the clinic brochure where I came to know about laser hair removal where they use alma soprano ice laser which is cooling and completely painless, I tried with one sitting initially but no doubt I would c great difference then I opted for 7 more sessions and the results are great.
