During a deeply sensitive and critical end-of-life situation, the care and communication provided were extremely disappointing. ******* ** ******** ********** ** ******** *** ****** **** ****** ************* ********* **** ** **** *** ********* *** **** *** ***** *** ********* ** ** ** * ****** ******** ** ** ****** **** ***** **** *** *** **** *************** *** **** completely lacking in empathy during one of the most vulnerable times for our family.

Healthcare, especially at the end of life, should be rooted in compassion, dignity, and respect. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here
