I visited him on 24th July for my Bell’s palsy symptoms. ******* ********** ** ******** *** ********** ** ******* * *** ********* **** ****** *** ******** The very next day, my Bell’s palsy symptoms became much more apparent and then felt that yes i am having grade 2 bell palsy.

I have now been receiving treatment from an ENT doctor in Bareilly for the past 12 days. I have no idea how long it will take me to fully recover, and this entire experience has been ********* ********* *** disappointing.

Very disappointed with the treatment and the overall experience at the hospital.

My mother was diagnosed with a challenging dorsum sella/optic nerve meningioma, and the thought of brain surgery terrified our entire family. From the first consultation, Dr. Sarang Gotecha gave us confidence with his calm, clear, and honest communication. He explained every detail of the surgery and recovery process in simple language, which helped reduce our fear immensely.

The surgery was long and complex, but Dr. Gotecha managed everything with exceptional skill, including a small intra-operative vessel issue. His quick decisions and expertise ensured my mother’s safety at every step.

Post-surgery, he continued to monitor her carefully through ICU, seizure control, DSA evaluation, and recovery. He never rushed us and always answered our questions with patience and empathy. Because of his care, my mother is now recovering smoothly at home.

The consultation initially gave me some hope because there appeared to be a change in approach, and my son's vomiting subsequently reduced. However, the follow-up communication was disappointing.

After the consultation, I specifically asked whether we should continue the prescribed medicines and follow up with him in the next few days. The message was read, but I did not receive a clear response. I subsequently had to approach the hospital's patient-care team to clarify what we should do next.

I also sought clarity on the tests that had been suggested and whether they should be done, but again did not receive a clear plan.

For a child with a prolonged and unresolved medical problem, I expect clear communication about the treatment plan, follow-up and next steps. A doctor does not need to have all the answers immediately, but the patient should know who is responsible for the next step.

Unfortunately, I was left having to chase the hospital for that clarity.

My 83 year old father was diagnosed correctly within few hours for a very rare variant of GBS , Miller fisher syndrome , by Dr Shruti . She started the treatment immediately and he was in ICU for a week . She kept a close watch and was there on phone or otherwise all the time. Her support helped him come back on his feet within a week. It is not less than a miracle. Absolutely brilliant doctor with a kind and compassionate heart. Truly blessed to have an ethical dr like her in these days .

While I had not even explained the issue, Doctor was already writing prescription and gave the print command. Happy to pay but treat patients as humans and spend at least 5 mins with patient.
