Ms. Seema Jathar is highly skilled and truly cares about her client's well-being. From the moment I met her, I felt a sense of comfort and trust, which made it easy to open up to her. She was always attentive and listened carefully to my concerns, and she provided insightful feedback and guidance. One of the things I appreciated most about her was her ability to help me manage my stress levels. She taught me a variety of techniques for coping with stress, such as mindfulness, and cognitive restructuring. These techniques were incredibly effective, and I still use them to this day. Additionally, Ms. Seema Jathar helped me to understand and manage my emotions more effectively. She taught me to identify the root causes of my emotional responses and to develop healthy coping mechanisms for dealing with difficult emotions. As a result of her guidance, I am much more self-aware and able to regulate my emotions in a healthy way.

Dr Seema puts you at ease. It's easy to talk to her about your thoughts. She has this knack of identifying the crux of the issue even if you have gone on a 30 minute rant!

She then provides clear and simple actionable tasks to implement which help you resolve the issues! She doesn't impose her judgment on your actions or your decisions.

I've always been a proponent of therapy and had pushed many friends to use therapy to get better. But somehow, I'd never really found it useful for myself. Until I visited Dr Seema.

It gives me immense pleasure to write about Dr. Mrs.Seema Jathar. Not only is she highly qualified and masters her profession but is also a very good , understanding and an empathetical human being. She is genuine, non judgemental, totally dependable and can be trusted completely. She made me comfortable from my very first session, went through my problem, made me introspect and helped me find a way out. She talks to you as a friend, philosopher and a guide. Every session with her brought in more light in me and I always felt lesser guilty and more confident about myself. If I have seen a change in me, it's due to her.
