I met Dr Gopal a few weeks back, and I loved each of his sessions. He listens without judging, and I feel very comfortable talking to him and discussing my problems with him. I have already experienced a big change for the better after meeting him.From many years I have been struggling with a lot of anxiety and mental stress. The way he talks, explains things, and the therapies and exercises he teaches really reduce my anxiety and stress, and I feel very, very much at peace now. My experience has been very good Gopal sir. Often in counselling sessions you require someone who will listen and understand you. More than a doctor he is a elder brother to me.

Also he is very understanding in cases of rescheduling or schedule an urgent appointment.

Before visiting the doctor I was literally that I would get out of depression but the therapy was really good that I came out of the trauma very unknowingly and easily within 3 to 4 visits. My experience was so satisfying . Doctor is also very friendly that you can share everything and talk to him freely.

I was very hesitant about having a therapist online at first. I had tried it before as well but it didn't work out the way I wanted. But still, I thought I should give it a try and thank god I did. I found exactly what I wanted.

Dr. Gopal understood my thoughts/problems and tried to analyse them and give me contexts regarding what's exactly going on and how it's related to some of the thoughts and beliefs that I have. I found these sessions to be extremely helpful to manage my anxious nature and not let it paralyse me.

It felt like a normal consultation and some points were helpful, while some aspects could have been better.
