MOM Clinic, Nagpada

I had been suffering from continuous bleeding for the past 2 months and was going through a lot of discomfort. My family doctor, Dr. Chilwan, advised me to consult Dr. Masooma Merchant.

After meeting Dr. Masooma Merchant, I never felt like I was meeting her for the first time. She is extremely friendly, understanding, and takes the time to listen to her patients carefully. She calmly understood my problem and provided the right treatment. Surprisingly, the issue I had been facing for 2 months improved significantly within just 2 days.

She has a very gentle approach—during the checkup, I did not feel any discomfort. The clinic staff is also very polite, caring, and supportive. The clinic is clean and well-maintained.

May God bless her with good health and strength so that she can continue to be a source of hope for many patients like me.

* **** ******* ***** *** ******* **** * *** ** **** ****** ***** ****** Seen her work day and night fighting to save patients and their babies during covid time for not only her patients but many many more who were abandoned by other gynaecologists due to COVID. She did OPD every day during that time showing that she really cares for poor patients

Finally I went to her with my wife to her clinic at clare road last year and was blown away with the professional atmosphere. Astounding clean and beautiful peaceful clinic, great polite staff and waiting time max 15 minutes. For my wives first pregnancy I had gone to 2 to 3 other doctors and was harrowed by atleast 1.5 to 2 hours waiting every visit. All 9 months the smooth process that I went through was unbelievable. From 8 month she gives her personal number too and we are free to call her at any time day or night for any emergency or issues.

Mam thank you for the gift of life you gave us. I shall always pray for your success and happiness in your life and will send you many many of my friends and relative to you because there cannot be any better Gynaecologist in at least this city of Mumbai.

WOW and JUST WOW .... I have visisted 3 gynaec in last 3 months in big hospitals like Saifee and Breach candy but did not like any of them even 1%. Dr Masooma just blew my mind away and made me trust doctors again. She heard my problems patiently told me exactly the reasons why it happens and even explained me the bilogy behind it. Rarely would you see some senior speciality doctor spend so much time with patient. Trust me when you know what is happening and why its happening half your problems get solved just there.

She is not attached to BIG hospitals **** ****** ** ******** ** ****** ***** but I beleive its they who deserve you more than you deserving the hospital and I am going to carry on my treamenet with you in Masina hospital because for me its not the hospital that matters specially when its a doctor like you.

I am sure I never would have to go to any OTHER gynaecologist ever again and will recommed all my friends and family to visit you once atleast so they can believe themselves how good you are.

Very Arrogant Approach. *** ******* ***** **** ********** ** *** *********** Her First Consultancy Fees is Rs. 1,000. However, She Charged me Rs. 2,500 because we were referred by another Doctor from Mazgaon. Not Value for Consultancy. Wasted our time & Money in visiting her Clinic that too during Lockdown Situation.

Dear Patients,

Please ask for charges well in advance before visiting her clinic. Otherwise, you be paying 2 or 3 times more than her Normal Consultancy Charges like in my case.
