An orthopaedic may help you get rid of muscle-pull injury, but a physiotherapist like Dr. Shraddha Khot sure will!!! I couldn’t get away from the injury even after seeing an orthopaedic and medication he suggested. I then checked on Practo where I found a physiotherapist, Dr. Shraddha Khot, who knew exactly how to treat my injury.In a couple of sessions, my muscle injury started healing and there was a gradual relief in the pain.Also, she corrected my posture to avoid any future injuries.I definitely recommend her for any physiotherapy consultations.

Me and my wife had visited the doc as we both had health issues.. I had a problem with my shoulder and my wife had an issue with her neck pain.. Her problem was resolved within a week itself and mine took a month or so.. the pain had drastically decreased by then.. now it's completely gone. The doc was very polite in her approach. she also explained the situation very well. she took utmost care to ensure that proper treatment and recommended exercises gradually changing them as per the improvement.. very happy and absolutely no regrets on visiting her.. will keep doing so in future too in case of any physiotherapy requirements. It was a great experience on very first day to meet Dr shraddha as she took all the safety measures during this pandemic times. Next to this was my story behind the pain which was little long but she listened it patiently without interrupting. Now when it come to explaining the pain, she explained it in minute details which was a very good thing. I like Dr Shradhha's confidence towards treating my pain completely. It was just first session , hoping to have the same treatment till the end. Highly recommended to everyone.

I visited the clinic since I was experiencing heel pain when I wake up in the morning. Dr. Shraddha was quick to diagnose it as plantar fasciitis and started with the treatment. she was good at explaining why I'm experiencing the pain and what might be a possible reason for it. After a few sessions, I found relief from pain. She doesn't ask for an unnecessary session and gives you workouts/exercises to do at home which helps in improving your condition for better.
