In fact I lost all my post pregnancy weight under her counseling.

She gives lots of healthy food options for entire day and makes sure your eating and feeling good about your diet.

She even counselled me for certain workouts as she has good knowledge of that too.

I would definitely recommend her to anyone out there who wishes to stay fit and eat healthy and right and shed all the extra kilos.

I have been overweight all my adult life. Add to it the sedentary lifestyle I had since the past few years which lead to obesity.

Before i consulted, with purvi my approach to weight loss was to indulge in strenuous workout routines and "dieting". I would lose 5-6 kgs after great effort, get demotivated and regain the weight i lost and some more.

Purvi explained to me what a crucial part having the proper diet plays in being lean. That dieting was not about eating less and keeping oneself hungry. One should rather have a good diet i.e. not only eating the right things but eating the right things at the right time. Exercise is important but one's diet plays the main role in achieving a lean and fit body.

During the 1 year or so I was under her guidance, I lost 35 Kgs weight and went from 42-44 inch waist to 32 inch waist. Right now i'm the most physically fit and active I've been in the last 10 years and it feels absolutely amazing. The only minus was that I had to alter my pants!!

She tailors for me a diet keeping in mind my schedule, physical goals and preferences and has suggested in what manner i should workout. This ensures I don't tire out of this routine. The steady weight loss results I've been getting and how energetic the body feels keeps me motivated.

I'm absolutely persuaded that having a healthy diet is the only way to be healthy in life. And it is very important that we have a professional expert to guide us in this. I know i can always rely on her and trust her advice fully.

It was a great experience meeting Purvi as she is not only the Dietritian who will make a standard diet chart but also make it according to your current food habits. Currently, I am with her for last 3 months and I have lost 7 kgs and 22 inches in total. She really kept me motivated during my journey which helped me follow my diet happily along with exercise.

Before meeting her, like every other person I had a different notion about weight loss. Purvi taught me many food science facts which everyone should be aware of.Currently, whatever meal I choose, I ensure the I get the best benefits out of it basis my needs.

I am continuing my journey with Purvi untill I reach my goal.I have adopted not only a diet for 3/4 months but a lifestyle change which will help me in future all over my life.

Purvi is amazing at her work..!she makes diet plans which has loads of options to enjoy the meals ... she’s a bit strict but that’s necessary otherwise wrong food intake keeps happening..consulting her gave me great results and she deals with the clients in such a way that u genuinely tend to follow ur diet..keep up the good work☺️
