For starters, the doctor didn't even touch me or consult me till after the ultrasound. Most of the questions were asked by the junior doctor or assistant *** * ***** **** **** *** ****** ************* *** ** *** I had a cramp in my left side of neck which extended to my back and it was really bad since two days. Plus my right wrist was also paining whenever I bent it or put load on it. After noting down everything, I got the standard treatment of ultrasound and was instructed for icing. After the ultrasound, I asked for a sports tape to support the muscles. I was hoping the doctor could atleast tell me how my neck muscles connected with my back and how I can relieve the pressure through some stretches or something, but to no avail. After I was done with the taping, I was expecting maybe a look at my wrist, but nothing. No one even touched it to check it. Rather, was advised an MRI to know the cause. I was like alright.

To top it all, at the the time of payment, consultation charges turned out to be INR 600 and not INR 500 as mentioned on practo. Not sure who's fault. Plus, tape charges were added to the treatment. Don't know what was my takeaway except for an instruction on icing for 800 bucks.

If i could give 1000 star, I would!!!. It was really easy process and good experience. I found her clinic on google and made an appointment for evening around 7.30PM. I have been seeing Dr. Priyanka nearly past 2 to 3 months, i was consulting for my back pain and shoulder pain for my mother.

We were in pain, unbearable pain i must say. We had a video call for around 10 min, during the call she was so humble, polite and professional at the same time. She made me believe through her conversation that i’ll be fine soon..If i follow her therapy and instructions properly. She had provided few clips of exercise. I followed as her said and guess what I was perfectly fine within just 2 weeks of time, same thing happened with my mother. We were able to recover much faster under her guidance. Her therapy was so magical undoubtedly. She is approachable and detail oriented. Huge appreciation to Dr. priyanka because of her i could get rid of this pain and hardly remember any pain there.

It's amazing experience.Dr.Priyanka is very soft spoken.Listen to your problem quietly.Since she is well experienced,she comes to know your problem at once and suggest the exercise immediately.She herself attend the patients.Her supporting staff Miss Kanya is also confident and so her staff Miss.Gauri.I approached her for my frozen shoulder . Within 3 to 4 seatings I got relief for my shoulder pain and in 6 to 7 seating my frozen shoulder is almost 60% recovered.I really appreciate Dr Priyanka and thankful to her.I strongly recommend her to anyone who needs physiotherapy.

I was hesitant on going to a physiotherapist for my forearms and knee pain, simply because I didn’t know if there were any in my neighborhood that were legitimately good. But when a friend recommended Dr. Priyanka to me, I went for my first session feeling confident. And it only got better from then on. She’s excellent in her communication skills with the toughest of patients, and her expertise in physiotherapy is unquestionable.
