I would say I am not sure about other experiences, and will not say yes or no in terms of recommendation as I did not get the appointment. the person in charge who handles all this appointment stuff didn't understand the case of emergency means. I tried for the appointment but they neglected it that we will not provide any emergency appointment for you. thus my experience is little different and leave it up to your individual thoughts.
