I had a great experience with her. She gives great guidance regarding diet, excercise and the medicines she prescribes.
Also she customises according to the clients body needs. I personally feel very energetic during my busiest day also, following the routine she has set for me. I have reduced 10kgs in just 3 months under her guidance. She not only gives recommendations for diet but also helps a lot with other health issues.
