Dr. Deepa always listens to my issues very patiently. She explains her diagnosis very clearly and also the prescribed doses of medicines, even explaining why I need to take each of them and how to look after my daily physical hygiene . She gives me enough time and that is a novel experience for me. She even assures me that I can message or call her anytime to clear my doubts if any. Within the first few days itself of taking her prescribed treatment, I saw a marked improvement in my condition. I have tried two dermatologists before , but unfortunately, in both cases, I did not see much improvement. I am so glad I started my treatment with Dr Deepa. Thank you doctor.

I have contacted Dr. Deepa twice in this time of lockdown. She is extremely good in listening to your problem and also prescribes medicines that have worked for me and also explains the issue or problem one is facing without throwing an explanation that a normal layman won't understand and also is polite in answering any queries you may have.

went to the dr Kanchankoti for my acne problem which is due to pcos. She told me to exercise and manage insulin resistance to lessen the severity of acne which was fine. She also wanted to put me on medication and asked me if I was married and almost assumed if I wasn't that I wouldn't be sexually active. That made a very uncomfortable when later I had to tell her that I was, her reaction wasn't well received by me which really put me off. Ideally the patient should be able to talk freely to the doctor without any judgement.

Personally the treatment doctor is giving is working however there have been various other issue like trying to book appointments and sharing the issue as she is almost never available for appointments, calls, texts anything. She told us to come after 2 months and when we try to book the appointment all we hear is she is not available and when asked for appointment after a day or two we get to hear is she is out of reach or not available, they will se what they can do and she is going on leave for 5 days/10 days etc etc.

Have had a long association with dr Deepa. She is very friendly and approachable. Highly recommend her.
