I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Sushanti. She demonstrated exceptional professionalism, deep expertise, and genuine care. She took the time to listen to my concerns thoroughly and explained the diagnosis and treatment options in a clear, reassuring manner. Her approach was both compassionate *** ****** ************** making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.

This treatment was for my wife, we were given appointment for 12 pm on 16th Jun( Monday) for a minor skin surgery. We reached the Clinic at 12 pm sharp and it was closed, the receptionist reached 15 min late and we had to wait for amother 20-30 min after which the surgery commenced. We were given a follow up appointment for stitches removal on 23rd Jun (monday)at 12 pm. After reaching the clinic at 12 pm, we were told doctor will be available only at 4 pm, so we had to return home and revisit the doctor at 4 pm. No prior intimation about the schedule change, no confirmation over SMS about any of the appoinments. ******* *** * ***** *********** ******** **** ********** *** ***************
