To me, my mom and our entire family, Dr. Bansal has been a blessing in disguise. He is one of the most humble and humane doctors I have ever known. He is an expert in his field and his diagnosis and prescription is always accurate. He knows how to calm down a patient and listens patiently to all our problems and gives complete explanations of the issue and solutions to resolve it in a meticulous manner. He is always there to help and extremely prompt to respond, be it an emergency or otherwise. His recommendations and advice has positively helped many of my family members suffering from various other health issues too. We seek his guidance not only on respiratory issues but others as well and he is always forthcoming with his help. His timely advice has helped save lives too in our family.

Writing this on behalf of my father(62 y/o), he has been suffering from severe asthama from the past 15 years. More recently he experienced repeated asthama attacks, that's when we consulted Dr. Avya. Best part we liked that the diagnosis is on point. Surely there will be a number of tests to be done, but the doctor explains all reasons properly and that helped to find out the source of problems. That in turn was necessary to start the right treatment. Been a month now, and my father is doing much much better, he is also able to do physical workout along with breathing exercises. Super recommended. Also, he's tech savvy, appointment, prescription, and administrative work gets super smooth. Never had to wait in line for consultation.
