Kinjal is A Great Dietician. I Am Very Happy With her, She Is Really Friendly. She gave ample time to Listen my Problems and recommends foods which are easily available in one's kitchen. When I 1st did my blood glucose test my fasting level was 289 and my post lunch level was 412. I immediately consult a diabetologist who gave me medicine (glynase-mf) thrice a day. That’s when one of my friends recommended me Kinjal, I followed her diet plan for 1 month and my fasting level drop to 160 and post lunch was 262. Even my medicine dosage has been reduced to ½ twice a day even my borderline cholesterol is gone. If you follow her advice you will see the transformation. Any health issues which doctors take time to solve she solves those within months. I must say she is really appreciable and very passionate towards her work and profession.

I've read many books and articles on health and fitness and I tried almost all the Diet programs, Protein, Fat Free, Sugar Free, detox plan, meal replacement etc. and exercise programs, but none of the things really helped me in losing weight to a reasonable level.
