I have visited a few different professionals over the past few months, but none came even close to matching the insight Dr. Anand provided me in a single session, and this is not even an exaggeration. I have so far had 3 sessions, and can see a visible difference in myself. I fully intend to pursue my goals with his guidance, and want to share the wonderful experience that made me decide this, below:

I really appreciate how heard I felt, there was no rushing me or questioning me. I didn't feel judged, I could share what was on my mind without interrupting the flow. That itself helped a lot, because I'd not been able to do that before.

What Dr. Rajiv said about throwing away labels and stop presenting as a patient, really stood out to me. I paraphrase here some of what he said that has impressed itself upon my mind - that we are all learning, we just need to develop emotional stability, and to grow, to learn to break the patterns we unconsciously fall into. Once we develop the skills to handle our thoughts and emotions, it's something that will stay with us for life and always help. This is what counselling helps with, and adding personal effort and medicines makes a trifecta that will ensure we are in charge of our thoughts, emotions, feelings, and present.

This perspective was something new I'd never heard before, and I feel like the scales fell from my eyes. I found this such an invaluable lesson. I immediately felt more confident and hopeful, motivated even. Each session has brought with it further invaluable understanding which I have assimilated into my core values.

I now feel like I can look to the future, while living in the present, and carrying the past in my heart without dwelling on it. I look forward to our future sessions. And if anyone is in doubt about approaching Dr. Anand, take it from me, do not hesitate and just go for it. You'll find it to be one of the best decisions you could take for your own well being.

After seeing 5 Psychiatrists, I met Dr. Anand and in the very first session noticed his treatment approach is completely different to the previous ones. He gives a good ear, understands his patients well and his diaognosis is on point. Unlike others, without going over your symptoms again and again, he just picks up all the underlying issues and the diaognosis is on point. His detailed explanation in simple terms makes one feel better itself in each session. His Psychotherapy is as if you are telling yourself the issues you have and also the solution to all the problems at root cause. He randomly just doesn't prescribe a whole lot of medicines without getting to the root cause of the problem. His clinic has a calm and soothing set up. After 11 years of major depression, for the first time in just 10 days I feel a positive change overall in me. He gives a minimum of 30 mins to each patient and is in no hurry. Overall his treatment is holistic and has a positive impact after each session. I would definitely recommend him for all mental health issues and his assurance to cure is a very positive energy for the mind and body. Unlike others, you don't leave his clinic with a long list of medicines just prescribed based on your symptoms but with a lease of fresh positive energy and look forward to the next session. His years of experience and treatment approach is felt in the very first meeting. I thank Dr. Anand and wish all his patients the very best and keep the trust in him for total cure which will soon for everyone .

I went to doctor Rajiv Anand for my Dads treatment, this was the first time anything like this happened in our family. I had lost my mom a year back and was difficult for me and dad to deal with things. Through Google I came to know about Dr. Rajiv Anand, and within a week I saw changes in dad. He became comfortable in the first go, which was impossible to expect from him. Recently he had another drop but he was quick enough to immediately call Dr. Rajiv on his own and get himself out of this phase. It is a big thing for me to have someone like Dr. Rajiv Anand who is soo busy with his patients but the way he treats them feels like he is the only patient. He recently incorporated a new session which involves knowing the patient more and taking them back to their young days, which is working amazing on dad. He needs the family member to give the details like what he likes to eat, his hobbies etc., this therapy has worked wonders on dad, and I highly recommend that all children who are worried about your old parents should get in touch with Dr. Anand for this, it’s not that you have to be old and depressed for his treatment, it’s just a way of life and how you can enjoy life without feeling lonely. You can become the source of your own happiness.

My mother has been under Dr Rajiv Anand for the past few years and each time has been successfully treated by him. The doctor is ******* **** **** ********* ***** ****** ****** *** ** extremely patient with my mother. He analyses each episode independently and also has extreme confidence in his line of treatment. *** ******* *** **** **** ******* *** if the patient trusts this doctor he will surely recover. This is something I can vouch for. In covid times when my mother was at her suffering last month, this doctor came to my rescue. He with his patience and confidence treated my mother and I am happy to say she is well on path of recovery. He is awesomely effectively even via his online consultation and has a knack for talking to patients trying to bring out the best in the patient. He is also a very genuine human being who can talk naturally to a patient of mental disorder. His encouraging words and positive talk can bring the a patient back to his senses. Dr Anand may you be blessed with a long healthy life and may there be many more patient who can be treated by your blessed hands.

You can't choose your own slot either. The doctor tells you these and these slots are available but ultimately he decides when you should come based on his own preference. Also there is no connection between the doctor and his receptionist as they both say different thing and the receptionist may not inform the doctor if you tried to reschedule your appointment a few days prior.

Doctor Rajiv behaved very rudely and then handed over some recorded audio clips of himself ***** **** ********** ***** ** ***** * *** ****** **** *** ****** ***** ******** *** **** *** ******* ********** *** ********** ** ******* ****** ******** ********* He also straight up refused to give a diagnosis ***** ** * ***** *** ****** ** *** ****** **** *** ********** *** ********* * ********* **** *** ***** *** ******* ******* *** ** *** ***** ***** * ***** ** ********* **** *********** ** **** ******** ******** *** ***** ***** he recorded in his old phones are worth 2000 rupees per visit plus all the hassle for his patients. I must also make it clear I brought all my health records (including detailed prescriptions from other Psychiatrists I had seen before) yet Dr Rajiv straight up ignored them *** **** *** ******* ** *** **** *** ******* ******* * ******** ***** **** *** **** ****** ******** ** *** ****** *** ****** ********** **** *** *** ****** ** **** *** ******** NOT RECOMMENDED **** ** *** ********* ** ******* *** *****

After listening in detail of my problem, Dr Rajiv Anand explained the solution giving relevant examples to understand the solution much easily.His way of communication makes you feel very comfortable and friendly.Following his invaluable tips/advise is a treatment in itself. The counselling sessions/workshops are a wonderful experience,which covers various topics every week and is so full of valuable words of wisdom which if applied in daily life,one can leave a very happy and prosperous life,with ofcourse everlasting peace of mind.The medicines prescribed by him does wonders over some time.He is a very senior psychiatrist with around more than 40 years of experience. I owe my good health to the way he cured me.I strongly recommend everyone to visit Dr Anand for any emotional problems etc.

My sessions with Dr Rajiv Anand came at a fairly critical point for me, and I am happy to say they've been incredibly helpful. His direct but non-judgemental manner made hard topics easier to address head-on, which I really needed and appreciated.

Doctor’s consistently sharp observations allowed me to really stop and consider my perspectives in a way I hadn't before. They also left nowhere to hide, which is exactly what one wants from a therapist! His guidance has helped me navigate obstacles that had previously felt overwhelming. Asks very thought-provoking questions to help me and provides tools and practice exercises to help me navigate through everyday life scenarios. Through the excellent help from my therapist, it is now possible for me to have a different and healthier approach to various situations.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to the closest of my friends and loved ones. Thank you for being out there.

Dr. Rajiv Anand was referred for my father by our family physician 3 months back for Depression. He also suffered from mild dementia and had even started hallucinating. But After Dr. Rajiv Anands treatment there is unbelievable positive change in my father. My father has come back to normal which we thought was really hard. He has started taking interest in daily routine activities. Dr. Anand handled his case with complete dedication. With his vast experience and valuable knowledge he made accurate diagnosis and implemented precise solutions.

We had a very positive experience with Rashi mam. Visited for pre marital counselling, and she guided my fiancé and me exceptionally to navigate through the struggles. I also worked with her for my personal therapy, and so very good changes in myself. Would recommend her, and Rashi mam and her team is very kind, professional & always on time.

I am from Allahabad and I have attended the webinars of Dr. Anand. The simplicity with which he presents his thoughts is marvellous. The complexities seems to dimnish. His sessions are exceptionally good. A lot of thanks for enriching us and helping us. 🙏
