Our areas cover individual development in self- awareness, interpersonal communication, difficulties in relationships and an overall improvement in self- esteem in order to help people address anxiety, stress, and depression which have reached alarming portions in our society today.Please note that bookings in LH Hiranandani Hospital, Powai on Sunday mornings are charged 50% extra and are only possible if booked at least one day prior. All Sunday morning appointments are on pre-booking only.

I was on look out for a life coach for a long time until I finally met Doctor Mukulika. Her cheerful disposition, her ability to listen to your problems, her empathy and her non judgemental views and understanding has added tremendous value to my life. I was suffering from high functioning depression, she recommended me to a good psychiatrist for medication which really helped me. I am working with her on my personality development. I look forward to meeting her for every session of mine and she has been a wonderful coach, a trustworthy confidante and most importantly one of the best therapists I've consulted till date.

I remember I was so upset when I went to see Ms Mukulika, I was crying for the entire session. She was so patient with me and such a great listener, made me feel really comfortable, addressed my issues and was able to help me. Only after my first session I was feeling so positive about my life and the choices that I had made.
She made me feel comfortable in my own skin. She is the reason I am out of my depressed state and moving forward in my life.
So I would give her a 11/10 and recommend her to all those who need help or any other type of counseling.
She does wonders on you. Not only an amazing doctor but a fabulous person as well.

The doctor was like a friend to me, making a very safe understanding space for me to open up. I started seeing the positive results in me gradually after a few sessions with her. She is extremely friendly and instantly lifts up your spirits with her smile. She helped me through out my degree college. There were many times that I repeated myself (about my fears) and kept asking her the same questions and she always answered them with equal warmth and never made me feel bad about it. This once I had a panic attack at the end of the session and she sat with me even after the session was over and made sure I was ok. *** ** *** ** *** **** ****** * **** *******
