Actually I Visited Dr Upasana Gosalia By Reading Google & Practo Customer Reviews.On My First Visit I Meet Dr Gandhi She Had My Dental Checkup Who Explained Me All The Problems I Had & Solution To It For Healthy Oral Health.My Wisdom Tooth Was Actually Decayed So She Suggested For It's Removal & Go For Dental Implant.I Decided & Took The Call On The Same Day Dr Gandhi Extracted My Wisdom So Carefully That I Didn't Knew About Removal Because Of That My Dental Visit Fear Had Gone.After 2 Days I Visited For Check Up Again During Which Dr Upasana Gosalia Explained Me The Overall Procedure Regarding Dental Implant In Details And Also Told To Undergo Scaling Of Teeth As I Had Visited Dentist After A Long Time.Both Dr Upasana Gosalia & Dr Gandhi Very Talented & Experienced At Their Job.I Would Recommend I Smile Dental Clinic Visit To Every Dental Fear Patients Like Me.Also The Clinic Is Very Hygenic & Upto The Standards.Also It Is Well Equipped With All New Equipment & Machine Required.Must Give A Try Once Before Any Other Dental Visit.

I had an excellent experience with my dentist Dr Upasana and the entire dental team. I recently underwent a tooth extraction, and I was genuinely amazed by how smooth and comfortable the procedure was. The extraction itself was completely painless—I felt no pain whatsoever during the process, and the dentist ensured I was comfortable every step of the way.

What stood out most was the level of care provided both before and after the procedure. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I felt at ease. The pre-procedure guidance was thorough and reassuring, which helped reduce any anxiety I had.

The post-extraction care was equally exceptional. I received detailed aftercare instructions, and the team was incredibly supportive in ensuring a smooth recovery.

My tooth care regime was long, and the team did not want to just 'get things done', but worked at a pace that worked for me (and was necessitated by the complex situation).

What set Dr. Upasana apart for me was how much she cared when I was traveling, and I had a really bad toothache-related experience. She stayed connected, suggested things I could do while I was away, and kept checking in on me.

I had root canal issue and needs rework along with 1 cavity filling. so i found i-smile on Practo and went ahead with the booking. The staff was very welcome, polite and the clinic was maintained very hygenically clean. Dr.Upsana further explained me the root cause and suggested me the course for treatment. Dr.Upsana was very friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable and treatment was done smoothly without any pain. Even though i had sensitivity in my teeth but she handled with great care making myself comfortable and her years long experience has truly helped for my successful treatment. I truly recommend Dr.Upasana for the Dental treatment due to her knowledge, skills, experience, positive attitude and friendly approach towards patients. I was very happy with the quality of the treatment as its fully worth the value.

I went to Dr Trushita with a lot of pain in my jaw and behind my molars, terrified of it being something related to my wisdom tooth issues. She was patiently listened to my issue and my past dental treatments (which was a lot) and did a thorough check before explaining what was happening (thankfully it was nothing related to my wisdom tooth)and gave me multiple ways to go about it. All I had to do was get a dental cleaning and she did a fantastic job, ensuring I was comfortable and not in pain.

The clinic is well maintained and the receptionists were also welcoming.

They are professionals and know what they are doing! I would recommend!

Went in for a checkup + teeth whitening and had a consultation with the doctors. All the doctors were really helpful in explaining the procedure and the treatment.

Dr Upasana and Dr Priyanka treated me. They were very patient throughout the entire 2 hours and did rounds with the bleaching process because of which I didn’t feel any discomfort. Also Payal was very careful throughout the process and regularly asked if I was facing any issues.

After the whitening, I went from a shade of A2 to A1 which was unbelievable. Dr. Priyanka explained the care and routine to follow along with the tooth paste + mouth wash to keep for the sensitivity away.

Truly worth it and I would highly recommend to get your treatments done at i-Smile clinic.

I was in severe pain the night before I visited the doctor.Upon examination I was explained in detailed about the issue along with the conditions on all the tooth set. The doctor immediately arranged the first session for RCT looking at the severe pain. I have completed my RCT treatment and capping and I can say it was clinical Job from the Doctor and staff.Fixing appointments for RCT sessions and rescheduling have been very well accomodated.The clinic doctors and staff have been taking up followup post completion of treatment and having been very caring. Surely recommend anyone who is looking for anything related to dental procedures.

I smile Clinic, the name on the door itself ment something but I was confused because of my anxiety issues for seeing a dentist 😵As I sat on the hot seat, I explained about my fear and anxiety issues first just like throwing a disclaimer, the doctor patiently heard me and replied "Dont worry you won't feel any pain, trust me!" and in my head I was like ya right 😢.But now I can actually say that she was right! My anxiety gone, and my cavity is getting treated after a decade. Hats off to this lady Dr. Upasna, she is doing a great job. A big thank you doc!Conclusion: My confusion on "I smile" is pretty clear. Now I actually smile when think about getting pain free treatment and without fear & anxiety all gone.

Dr. Upasna is very friendly and empathetic towards her patients. She listens and understands your concerns and issues, explains the treatment options well and gives the client the time to think and decide. She is very caring during the treatment procedures and preempts the next step in the process so the patient is aware. She is also very patient and makes sure that the client is satisfied with the treatment. She patiently worked on my dental crown even making constant adjustments so that I was comfortable.
