I am very disappointed & I would like to bring to Practo notice, on 6th Mar'24 , I visited Dr.Madhulika Goyle - Verified & booked by Practo for a basic health fitness certificate for learning swimming lessons.

On my 1st visit on 6th Mar'24, like any other patient I just observed from my patient seat as I trusted the doctor that she has mentioned my correct name & has signed stamped. Then I just took the certificate envelope & left. Later when I finally got the time to enroll the classes & was approaching my swimming class * *** ********* **** ********* ******* *********** ****** ** ** ****** ****** **** *** ********* ** **** ***** ****** * I too have other work & commitments then later I manage to pay a personal visit & sort this but her clinic was closed till 13th May'24 .So on 20th May'24, I searched through Practo & booked appointment and contacted her about the issue. After learning that it was her fault she told me to cancel Practo booking else Practo will charge as both (I am expecting that I am not been charged for cancellation by Practo) , she insisted & I cancelled my practo booking.

Still I requested to see as you were out of town for more than 15-20days, kindly you make my new certificate 15days ahead from my actual first visit date which was 6th Mar'24. *** ******* ********** **** ** *** * *** *********** **** * **** ** **** I just heard her & left her clinic with my old certificate.******* ** *** *** ** * ******* *** ***** ** ****** ************** * ******** * *** **** * ***** ****** *********** **** * ******* *** ***** ******** it was her fault that her absent minded cost me Rs.800 for 1st visit where she wrote a year back dated certificate & because of her I didn't enroll my classes (now it would have been more than 30 days of my swimming sessions) as I was not having time to visit her & get a revised certificate.

Also, I always saw this clinic not operational, no patients, no receptionist even both the times I booked and she visited only that time* *** *** ****** *** * ******* ** **** * ****** ** ** ******** ***** ****** ***** ** **** ** ***** ** **** ****** **** ****** ****** ******* **** *** **** ** **** ***** **** ***********

Dr Goyle is Highly professional and a very kind and courteous doctor. I highly recommend her.

Had a sinus problem which was troubling me for quite some time now and she was able to quickly diagnose it and also gave me a very detailed information about all the do’s and don’t and lifestyle changes I need to follow. If you’re looking for a GP Dr.Goyle is definitely the right doc for you.

Very happy with Dr Goyle. She was caught up with an emergency case during our video consult but she informed us and joined us in 20 mins. Heard my mother's problems patiently and not only gave a good treatment plan but also called up in the evening to check. Truly appreciate the kindness and patience Dr Goyle showed my mother, who is now well on her way to recovery. Thank you so much doctor.
