I found HEAL institute to be reasonably priced. Dr. Simran Kotawala did a great job with needling, my pain was addressed within 3 sessions.

Shreyans is one of the most approachable doctors I have known. Patiently taking note of every issue while simultaneously assessing you, he fills you with confidence in his ability to ensure you leave feeling better and ultimately satisfied.

Having a shoulder issue for years on end and multiple doctors too, finally understanding certain aspects and being aided with physiotherapy along with support outside the centre through conversation and tips has been vital and I'm really glad I went to him.

Under Shreyan's care since 6 weeks (from Sept' 19) with multiple concerns - upper and lower body. Sessions have gone well so far and hope for a complete recovery. Recommend.

Very pleased with my progress with Dr.Shreyans after my surgery. He is friendly,answers all questions and creative with exercises making every session fun. Not only is he kind but also flexible with time as he often stays back to treat me at a time suitable in my busy schedule. Overall would definitely recommend.

Puja is a fantastic person and her diagnosis was perfect. with one session i had magical releif. I was unable to walk comfortably even for 100 metres but after the therapy i climber 8 floors! i feel like i have renewed energy and new lease of life...i am signing up for a proper cure package

I have met Dr Simran Kotawala a few times for my back pain and have always been very satisfied with the care and attention that I have received. She is really nice and professional. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the examination rooms at Heal Institute - Worli.

I have been treated under Dr. Shreyans Shah . I had a ligament tear issue in my ankle and today i can dance again only because of him . After a while i got muscle spasm on my shoulder which also treated by him . He is one of the best doctors ive ever met and i highly recommend him to everyone.
