My father was having pain and burning sensation in his mouth, and didn't find any resolution for six months, but was correctly diagnosed in the first session itself by Dr. Richard Pereira, who explained it well.. My mother who was apprehensive about dental treatments underwent extensive cleaning and bridge fixation with Dr. Richard, who made her feel comfortable and at ease about her treatments. He explained the treatment approaches and made sure that my parents are comfortable with it, at every step. Within four sessions, both my parents have successfully completed their treatment and are feeling much better. I highly recommend him to everyone. Very friendly, considerate and efficient service. Dr. Richard is warm & friendly as are his staff support members. Yet all are very professional & efficient while still being courteous. As a 100% visually impaired senior citizen visits to a doctor can be unnerving. Yet I felt comfortable and at ease. Before the procedure Dr explained the nature of the problem and what he would be doing. After the procedure he explained what had been done and gave me some tips to avoid a re-occurrence of the problem. I would certainly recommend Dr. Richard (and already have) to anyone looking for a dentist. Thank you Dr Richard.

Dr Richard is very honest and will never suggest a treatment for personal gains.I had a deep cavity along with lot of bleeding.He could have asked me to visit him again for a second sitting, but instead to save me from the inconvenience of travelling etc especially in this covid situation, he patiently *** **** ********** managed the procedure so well.His constant assurance during the procedure makes u feel safe and that you are surely in the right hands.He explains every detail and keeps the patient well informed.Also takes pains to counsel the family and educate the accompanying family member how to have better oral hygiene in the family.He made sure all covid protocols were followed and patients are safe .The clinic environment is very relaxed and your anxiety levels are reduced with the friendly staff and the Dr himself.A perfect combination of a man with exceptional dental experience and a sincere person to trust.
