I got my lasik done from Dr. Mikeen Shah a week back and the surgery was successful and I got my vision back the same day!!
I had been researching on lasik and best doctors in Mumbai for a while now. My first checkup with Dr. Mikeen Shah convinced me to get my operation through Apex Eye Care.
He was very kind and explained the process to my and my dad in the most simple and clear way.
After that, I had to get an eligibility test done at Ojas Eye Hospital which basically reports if my eyes can get the surgery or not and if yes then which type of lasik operation is possible.
I went ahead with the femto lasik technology which results in the quickest healing & recovery.
The surgery lasted 20 minutes for both the eyes. It did pain for 2 hours post surgery but post that I did not feel any pain or dryness or any negative symptom.
I need to wear protective eye wear for 2 weeks to avoid any dust get into my eyes and be diligent with my prescribed eye drops.
No workout for a month and no swimming for 3 months after the surgery.
