We put our lives in the hand of doctors thinking of them as gods *** **** **** **** ** ***** *** **** *** * ******My old father had a 20mm stone for which we went for surgery under Dr. Swapnil Tople. Doctor did the procedure and told that he has crushed the stone put stent so that all stones will come out. Its been 1month now my father is still in pain. Today when we did a ct scan again, ** ***** ***** **** ***** *** ********* ******* ******* ***** **** **** ** ******* **** *** *** ****. How will an old man's body bear another surgery. Very bad experience.

Firstly, doctor was late by 45 mins when I went to visit first. He checked and wrote me a few tests. he was keen on suggesting me surgery without even letting me know the root cause of the issue. I went and got the test done. I visited him again after two days to show the reports. He didn't check me properly and was again keen on suggesting me for surgery. They charged me again in the name of follow up checkup whereas I only went to show him the reports. When I confronted the staff about it they rudely replied that this is how it is at our clinic you have to pay. The doctor hardly spent a min on me. **** *** ******* ***** **** ** ***** Also the clinic was too congested, not enough place to sit, too many mosquitos. Would not recommend.

I am not happy with the service of practo

Not reliable makes you wait forever to get In touch with someone and doesn’t allow you to get done with the process in time

While the doctor was good, I had to wait till 7 PM for a 6 PM appointment. This app also promised not more than 30 minutes of wait time.

Appointment time not adhered to, rest was okay.

Receptionists were edgy towards to end of the day though.

The consultation with Dr. Swapnil Tople felt too rushed, and basic explanations or physical diagnosis were missing. I did not get adequate satisfaction from the visit, and would not recommend the doctor at this time.
