Monish makes sure that every client is diagnosed after thorough examination and asking all the relevant questions and then designs a program as per the ability and current level of mobility of the patient that just does wonders. He also will do sessions only when required and encourages patients to practice the routines at home a few times before coming back, only if needed. The personal touch and the technical knowledge of the stage of the injury is truly impressive. Would highly recommend him as a physiotherapist!

I visited the doctor for my severe lower back pain. The meeting began with lot of questions to understand the root cause of my issue. I was then suggested to do few movements to understand the impact of the pain caused in my back and then accordingly a remedial mobility drill was recommended to me. Monish was fabulous in his explanation and very patient throughout the session. The remedial mobility drill he asked me to do at his clinic showed an instant relief to my pain and I am confident that I would be good as before real soon.

I went through a traumatic injury on my right wrist which required surgery and needed rigorous physio seesions but with the right guidance. I was lucky enough to find Physiocentrum. I have been to more than 30 sessions spread over months with Dr. Monish Mehta and he has been a tremendous support in my road to recovery. I particularly liked how he understood the patient history, the injury, and had a meticulous approach to all the sessions. He was able to allay the many fears that I had and explained the process of treatment, recovery timeline, gave great recommendations on the usage of right tools and having the right form and physio exercises to push myself at home so that I can recover faster. I always found Dr. Monish very committed and determined in my recovery and focused on making me feel better. I cannot thank him enough and I would highly recommend him.

Doctor Akshina is very straight and to the point and what ai loved is that she told me about the root causes behind my symptoms and she is very genuine and does not believe in calling you for extra sessions if not needed and I also took my mom to her for her knee problem. And after Dr akshina's excercise, my mom was finally able to bend her knee. She's good, sweet and friendly.

I have been to see Akshina a few times now for shoulder blade issue, and each time I feel so much better upon leaving! She really cares about her patients and is very professional, they have individual treatment rooms too, I would definitely recommend her.

Monish has been very helpful in diagnosing my neck and upper back pain and has also given the confidence to finish my event. I'm also undergoing long term physio with him to recover from the improper stance.. Would definitely recommend Monish for any sports related injuries..

Dr. Mehta is extremely good at identifying the issues and explaining the best way to treat them. He seems well experienced as he was able to identifying my previous problem and knew everything about it. I’m very happy and motivated to get better after meeting him.

Dr. Monish spends a lot of time understanding the root cause of the problem to ensure he's well informed and giving the right treatment. The exercises he suggested to me were practically doable at home with minimal equipment required. I had never thought that migraine could be caused because of postural problems. Dr. Monish helped me reduce my frequent headaches. He's really friendly too and doesn't scare me away by throwing complex medical jargon. I would highly recommend him.

I've suffered from low back pain since a long time. Monish was the physio who recommended an MRI. I found out i have a herniated disc. He is not only a great physio but also a wonderful person.
