I’ve had stress concerns for a considerable period of time. Nipa ma’am helped me firstly understand the issues in a structured and transparent manner, and guided me with step by step interventions. Following them and consistent check-ins and guidance from Nipa ma’am has truly helped. I indeed feel more relaxed and clear in thought, and I’m able to manage my emotions better than where I was earlier. May thanks to Nipa ma’am for her consistent, structured and transparent guidance.

When I first met Nipa, i was clueless about what I was feeling. Nipa was patient enough to make explain my condition. I got a better clarity about myself and how to not get overwhelmed at petty issues. She's scolded me when I was wrong and supported me when I was right. It is always comfortable to talk to her. She helped me see things clearly and made me understand for the fact that we're all humans and sometimes it's okay not to be okay. Forgiving yourself and loving yourself is equally important.I have a long road to recovery but with Nipa's help I feel I'm in the right direction. And most of all it's okay to be where you are and there's no rush to get into things that doesn't make you happy. I can finally be okay with who I am and now think of myself as an important person rather than just somebody. Mental illness is no joke and it's takes skill, patience and empathy to handle patients and treat them and i was happy I chose her for my wellbeing. I will highly recommend her to anyone seeking assistance regarding any psychological problem.

The key problem I was getting help was for the anxiety that I kept feeling at my work place. Dr. Nipa helped me realise the problems that I had and my psychological condition and then helped me focus on the key areas that would allow me to overcome the same. The good part of the overall journey was that the thrust on usage of any medicines was limited and more focus was on being able to accept the issues and be comfortable with taking the steps to resolving them. Have managed to overcome anxiety issues and in any stress situation , I am beginning to see expressing myself better and with positivity.

I enrolled myself for therapy at a pretty bad point in life. Nipa primarily understand where i was coming from and helped me untangle certain things.

The blend between hearing me out and sometimes helping me guide my thought process and then helping me avoid going into a downward spiral or a circle of repetitive thoughts was something i benefited a lot from.

I also appreciated the fact that Nipa helped me traverse through my different interpersonal issues and reduced the frequency of therapy as I started getting better.
