Dr Nidhi hears your complaint patiently and then explains the cause and remedies for it. She also gives you exercises to avoid the same issue from cropping up. Having recovered from COVID, weakness was a major problem in getting back to routine. In the first session itself with Disha, I started feeling much better. She resolved all my queries very patiently and in a very methodical manner taught the exercises along with several other activities that can be performed at home to renew strength.

I've completed two sessions with her and regularly follow all the exercises.

I had tremendous pain in neck and shoulder. She diagnosed the reason for the pain after through analysis and helped me in relieving the pain. Good communication skills with the patient. Clean, sanitized and comfortable clinic. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The doctor explained the problem in detail and provided with helpful excersices and ways to manage the injury. Overall amazing experience would definitely recommend. Doctor seemed genuine and helpful.
