Having recovered from COVID, weakness was a major problem in getting back to routine. In the first session itself with Disha, I started feeling much better. She resolved all my queries very patiently and in a very methodical manner taught the exercises along with several other activities that can be performed at home to renew strength.
I've completed two sessions with her and regularly follow all the exercises.
I would definitely recommend her.
