I visited this clinic on suggestion of Dr. Patil for my upper back pain and stiffness in shoulder.

Very bad experience. Booked 3.30 slot through practo and Dr accepted my booking. Soon i received call from clinic that i can come early, and we agree for 2. Before reaching i called the clinic and got direction and was their by 1:55. They asked me to wait and waited for 10 mins,then put me through the Dr. Chamber. Where a rady smees to be inter was at Dr. Chair and started asking me my concern, she was so nervous that she was stammering. I asked i had a appointment with Dr. Jha were he is, she started building story he has some emergency had to go. When i raised the issue, she called Dr. He said he left at 1.45 and can come by 3 to 3.30.If doctor was not avialable then why they asked me to come early and wasted my time. Over and above that they were lying and arguing. After i left clinic Dr. Called and said he can come back in 10 mins and he had some function to attend. It was a very good experience as I had met Dr.Tanvi for the first time in Dr.Jha's clinic as she consulted me by scrutinizing my teeth and advising me for the best price she could but still I have not completed my treatment but I hope she will complete the treatment of my fixed partial Denture( FPD) very successfully to the best of my knowledge so I can prove it to others that she has really done a wonderful job as par my satisfaction,I hope that she will work very hard as she has been chosen as the presidency position and will help the poor and the people who are really in need and prove that she is really fit for the position she has been alloted,I wish her great success in the future and hope she proves to extend her position in the years to come,God bless her always.
