I have been consulting this endocrinologist for around three months and my experience with the clinic has been extremely disappointing.

The waiting time is consistently unacceptable. Even when arriving on time for appointments, I have repeatedly been forced to wait more than an hour before being seen. Only after that wait was I informed that the doctor would not see me unless I first underwent a FibroScan test. I had planned to discuss postponing the test by a month due to budget constraints as the test itself costs Rs 5,500 and this would be over and above my medication costs of Rs 17,000 and wanted to speak to the doctor before making any changes to my medication dosage.

My concern is not that a test was recommended. My concern is that I was never informed in advance that the consultation would be refused without completing the test. If this was a mandatory requirement, it should have been clearly communicated when the appointment was booked or at the very least when I arrived at the clinic, rather than after making me wait for over two hours.

A really easy process and good experience. I found online and made an appointment but when I arrived several people had just walked in also an option. It was a sunday in morning and really quite. I waited probably 15 mint for the appointment and everyone was professional and polite. I start work the next day so I was thankful for how easy it. Very nice and friendly doctor. There is lot of improvement my health condition with her treatment. She listens to all our queries and treats accordingly. I would recommend her. Thank you very much
