Dr Sheetal R Gore's Natural Smiles Dental clinic, Borivali East

Dr. Sheetal is nice and friendly. I visited her clinic for fixing dental implants 2 years ago, such implants are in a good condition till now. She explained all the implant related procedures very well before starting a treatment and also discussed with me alternatives available in my case, which helped me to make an informed decision. The whole treatment is completed smoothly and it's worth the money. Her clinic is clean and well equipped. Staff are polite and helpful. Overall it was satisfactory experience and I would definitely recommend this doctor to anyone seeking help for dental issues.

This was my first experience with Dr S Gore. I got my tooth extracted.

1. Covid care at entrance found upto the mark.

2. Covid Hygiene levels were perfect for instruments and facilities inside premises.

3. Treatment went perfect no pains post treatment.

Improvement points

1. Doctor should be reachable on phone whenever called for minor query . Whenever called for any issue the support staff attended call but service not satisfactory and answers not to the mark.

My family members and me always prefer Dr. Sheetal Gore's clinic for any dental problem. It is very close from our residence also the timings are most convenient. The most important thing is Dr Sheetal is very friendly knowledgeable and her clinic is well equipped,very clean . Hygiene is always maintained. Waiting space is little less but waiting period is also very short if you pre-book your appointment. Her diagnosis and treatment is always perfect.
