Rude and impolite :

My baby was 7 days old when I visited her for consultation. Her staff allowed 3 of our family members to accompany the baby inside the consulting room because the baby was just 7 days old. Normally, they allow only 2 members.

Once inside the consulting room, I requested to voice record the consulting session so that we don’t forget any important point and Doctor refused, to which my wife said it could help us if we forget any important point. I totally respect the Doctor’s will and it is okay if she refused. However, the way she said it was so rude. She ******* told us that, if we forget any point, we can go to another doctor for consultation and also pointed out that only 2 persons were allowed inside. I brought to her notice that, her staff themselves allowed 3 of us inside, since the baby was only 7 days old and that we did not request her staff to let 3 of us in.

Consultation wise, we found her to be helpful. However, patients don’t expect their doctors to treat them the way we were treated. 1 star for the rude and impolite behaviour. Hope she takes this review positively.
