I visited Dr. Prabodh Garg at Garg Multi-Specialist Hospital, Malad West through a Practo appointment booked for 10:00 AM.
The doctor’s consultation was satisfactory and his advice was appropriate for the treatment. I have no concerns regarding the medical guidance provided.
However, the waiting time was quite long. Although my appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, the doctor arrived around 10:45 AM. Additionally, after the consultation, I had to wait another 20–25 minutes for the X-ray. Overall, I was at the hospital from 10:00 AM to nearly 12:00 PM.
It would be helpful if the clinic updated the correct consultation timings on Practo and on their display/hoarding board to avoid inconvenience and confusion for patients. Accurate timing information would greatly improve the overall experience.
