Dr Neelu Jain, the distinguished Physiotherapist in Kandivali west pulled a miracle on me. Yes. Its a fact. My left leg was jammed. I couldn’t walk without support and suffered miserably from acute pain. I had consulted a renowned Orthopaedic surgeon in Bandra who barely checked me for 5 minutes and straightaway suggested surgery. It was a terrible situation. I personally believe that Surgery is not a guarantee or an immediate answer to many ailment. Physiotherapy is also a powerful alternative remedial treatment . Sadly certain orthopaedic surgeon do not advocate Physiotherapy as a curing process. They are in a hurry to put you under the knife; am sure you know why. Four year earlier I had consulted Dr Neelu Jain for a back problem. Recalling her beneficial treatment I immediately fixed an appointment. Dr Neelu Jain and her son Dr Gaurav Jain conducted a thorough diagnosis of my left leg and pointed out exactly what was causing it and what possible physio treatment could be done. In short I had developed a ‘foot drop’ because of bone degeneration in L4/L5. Due to that my left leg had become almost an inch thinner than my right. Muscle and nerve management needed to be attempted and achieved with a dedicated Physio program. It would be a gradual process. No instant remedy mind well.

Post 30 continuous sessions of physio therapy the miracle happened; results began showing. I started walking without a limp, without support. My left leg was getting back to normal regaining muscle strength, flexibility and volume. I had lower back pain. I got to know about

Alankrit physiotherapy clinic from the internet. I would like to share my personal experience in detail. so that whoever read this feedback, it will help them to take a decision.

Consultantation: I was consulted by Dr. Neelu. I informed her about my past history & after checking muscle pain location & she told me to complete 10 sitting (600/- per sitting) which includes IFT, Warm pad, stretching & exercises. All above treatment was performed by different physiotherapist & supporting staffs.

Treatment: the above sitting treatment were not performed in individual patient room ( my previous physiotherapist having individual patient rooms for treatment) so that whoever are conscious about surrounding should either fix the session in no crowded hours or try to check for another physiotherapist . But I was ok with that therefore I could complete 10 sitting & their supporting staff which treated me was also gentle.

Post treatment : if I have to give % rating based on my current post treatment situation then i will give 80%. I am having little pin point pain which will go away once I started home exercise, as per physiotherapist. Lets see I hope it get away soon. They can provide you printed home exercise routine if you required. I was expecting detailed Do's & Don't activity from them which I did not get but they generally told me which was too general tips for me. I wish other get more details information about Do's & Don't.

I first met dr. Rashi in Surana hospital in the month of August. Her presence was quite delightful and she was very calm and pleasant( and beautiful 😁). She used to come regularly to the hospital for my exercise sessions. When I got discharged she came to my home daily for my sessions. Gradually I started to go to the clinic where I discovered variety of equipments for exercise. The vibes in the clinic assured me of my complete recovery in least possible time. The neurologist in Surana said that I would be recovered till the end of march but thanks to Alankrit physiotherapy clinic that I have recovered way sooner than the estimated time.
