I visited along with my neighbor for their kid(3 years old), who had accidentally inserted part of a balloon into his nostril. Since it was Sunday(afternoon) and most of the ENT clinic were closed, we visited HITECH Eye and ENT care, Manikonda where Dr Ashok is a visiting consultant. The people at HITECH immediately contacted Dr Ashok who immediately responded and he had to travel from Banjara Hills to Manikonda ( ~10 kms) for this emergency. That shows the Doctors commitment towards unknown patients on a Holiday forget about known patients. We had to wait since Dr Ashok had to travel around 10 kms but it was worth waiting because as soon as Dr Ashok arrived he attended the kid immediately and within 2 minutes the balloon part was removed and we were all relieved. I would highly rate Dr Ashok for his commitment and professionalism . May God bless him with Good Health .

The most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. We went first time for swelling at neck and he advised for fnac and ultrasound at Apollo and report says it needs to be removed. At that time he never told that he will do surgery and we did not ask also. We get it done in Apollo everything is fine. Now due to some ear pain we went to him almost after two months instead of treating he simply argues why we did not go to him for surgery. Is this fair. We paid consultation the first time 400 for his advice no free service . He is directly asking us not come next time. Ok we will not go but I wonder he doesn't even remember us until we remind him..and he feels we don't have faith in him.... Its totally not acceptable and advice the people to rethink twice before consulting him
