Therapy is a process which requires efforts from both the patients and the therapists to be able to have a breakthrough and then manage it successfully. Ms. Kamna Vigg helped me traverse multiple troughs to be able to reach a point where even she can say that I am fairly sorted. She is trained in various modalities of psychotherapy and knows how and where to use them. She is an empathetic, attentive, perseverant and patient psychologist catering very well to the needs of her patients.
