I went there first in 2016. At that time he has small clinic and less staff , so he was eager to treat his patients , he listen patiently and back then he care about his patients. I recommended Dr. Jangid to my many friends. Lastly visited him during this pandemic and felt very disappointed. ** ** **** ** ********** * ** ******* **** ********** ** ******** ******* *** talk on mobile phone a lot during session. I asked about my problems and he left everything to his managements saying I did my part now you have to talk to our management for any further help. *** ** *** *********** * ** ***** *********

Dear Manik, Thanks for giving time for feedback. First, we apologize for what you felt this visit. Let me explain - You felt very disappointed - ( the text is missing by Practo) - You know us very well since you are old member of SkinQure family, for last 4 years. I always say my visitors- " Prepare for all questions and medical documents. Ask me as many as times you want, clear all your doubts before leaving the chamber. and feel free to revisit in 1 week if any doubt left. So please never leave my clinic before clearing everything. Sometimes there may be a rough line how much should I explain about disease, So I inform about basics and necessary points about the disease. ( some points are also written on prescription ), more than that information about the disease is not required or not necessary, people don't focus on that points since they are more towards the medical terms, So you can ask me for more information or anything you want to know extra about disease, I will be happy to explain it. and Manik, manager is only to explain about therapy, not disease, or disease process, She tells about therapy, duration, cost, timings and coordination about therapy, even I say if any doubt about therapy, you can ask me also. I never refuse that. So please revisit the clinic and clear all doubts which remained untouched. We will solve it. My Hair transplant experience with Dr. Jangid was excellent. I had grade 3-4 hair loss and planned for HT. searched a lot and landed in SkinQure. The way Dr. Jangid explained it was something that pulled me to do a hair transplant with him. The ambience of the clinic is amazing. Staff is cooperative and quite responsive. Post hair transplant follow-up is good. Overall experience is great.
